Lovely pool and spa area. Room was spacious, with good lighting and bed was comfy.

The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and kind. Our room was an "outside" room meaning it was not within the perimeter of the main hotel. Bed was very comfortable. On street parking availability was very challenging. To access the pool you have to pay an additional 20 euro per person which was a bit of a surprise.

It covered my need's for a single night but I would definitely consider a longer stay next time I'm back in Nantes

Magnifique endroit paisible, avec piscine et cour extérieure. La chambre est très pratique et spacieuse, et a un patio extérieur, une cuisinette (four, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, vaisselle, coutellerie, etc), très pratique lorsqu'on voyage en famille. C'est un peu éloigné du centre ville, mais près d'un arrêt tram.

Lovely accommodation. We stayed on a Monday night and other than Pizza there was nowhere to eat nearby. Continental breakfast is served in our room and was nice.

This is the perfect place to stay to explore Nantes ( Cheap in an Uber or tram) or on the way through. We stayed here as a two night stay in transit back up to Roscoff. After a long drive this is the perfect place to unwind and relax in the excellent spotlessly clean Spa. Staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are also spotlessly clean and private.

Apartments situated on outskirts of Nantes but within a 5 min walk of a tram station. Trams are free at weekends although they do get busy in peak seasons. Gated access and secure parking. Great Wifi and great shower. Apartment clean and spacious with a large double bed, adequate kitchenette and a table and 2 chairs. Small garden area with coffee table and 2 chairs. Note if you book a Business Studio with Garden Room without Spa facilities, we were told you will have to pay €10 per day per person to use the swimming pool and deck area. Last time we booked a cheaper basic Studio room that included the use of the pool. We were told that, in France, a "spa" means a "pool". It would have been nice, as repeat guests that we were treated more favourably. We will not return. Staff helpful.

Business trip . They didn’t open till 3pm . No Restraunt . Very quiet . On a good note the woman at reception was lovely and very helpful and friendly

Located just outside the centre of Nantes, the ResidSpa is easy to reach using public transport or it's just a 25 minute walk. There are local shops and a handful of restaurants in Reze. A short distance away in Trentemoult are some lovely riverside restaurants. ResidSpa is a lovely place to stay, everything is very new and very well appointed. The pool area is lovely. Unfortunately the studio accommodation has no a/c for those sultry summer nights, instead the room has a rather noisy plug-in fan. This is a real shame given that the accommodation would otherwise be perfect. Staying at this time, we experienced the works ongoing in the studios just opposite the complete ones...the workmen arrived and started using powertools outside at 07:30 on weekdays. When you work hard and head away to relax this is not what you want to experience. The owners should really warn of this whilst the works continue. Food is available at the property but there is not a restaurant, it is served to your accommodation. The food that we had was absolutely fine … breakfast was really good.

Petite incomprehension a notre arrivee car nous avons un chien setter ,precisé lors de ma reservation sur expedia pour un appartement avec 1 chambre .une fois dans l appartement ils nous demandent de changer car impossible de rester avec un chien dans cet appartement . Du coup nous sommes gentillement obligés de changer pour nous retrouver dans un studio avec une terrasse beaucoup moins chere que l appartement mais pas de remboursement de la difference ...dommage . Je precise que l on me demande quand même de payer la taxe de sejour du chien 13 euros alors qu un geste commercial des fois .... Mais tres beau lieu ,gerant efficace ( soucis portail ) et petite jeune accueil sympa et pro.
