Lovely neighborhood with great tram connections

Location and the cleanliness walking distance from the main attractions. Yes the breakfast is an good choice to start off your day it was included in the price of the room.The area was safe!

Great location near Wenceslas Sq. Safe area and brightly lit reception. Friendly service and polite staff. Rooms were clean and spacious and free buffer breakfast was an added bonus.

Very helpful night staff...provided map and where to have dinner. Night staff also suggested an alternative to get to the airport. Maid service is excellent. Breakfast is adequate.

Ideally placed for transport & excellent value for money

The hotel is perfectly located, right by the I.P. Pavlova station which connects you to essentially everywhere in the city. Comfy beds and very good A/C in the room, especially during the >90°F heatwave the week we stayed. Breakfast was also very nice, with the selection of hot foods rotating each day and ingredients to make your own chlebíčky, as well as cereals, coffee, and espresso (the availability of soy milk was amazing). Service was great, always attentive and helpful, printing out our tickets for our flight and even allowing us to store luggage after check-out. Our only complaint is the lack of English channels aside from the BBC and Euronews, but that shouldn't be much of an issue for those who are out all day regardless.

Very well located, away from main tourist attractions but easy to get to using No.22 tram virtually outside hotel. Restaurants and bars within vicinity were cheaper than in city centre which is always a plus. Hotel rooms clean although a little outdated, bed was extremely hard. Breakfast was up with the best I've experienced on the continent, good variety and plentiful.

Hotel conveniently located on subway and major tram routes easily accessible to major sites. Quiet, reasonably sized room. Good breakfast. Excellent value all around. Would certainly return if in Prague again.

Nice staff throughout visit. Free AirCon & Free WiFi in room as well as a kettle, safe & fridge. Basic but plentiful free continental breakfast. 3 mins walk to Metro stop.A good basic hotel for the price. Off a busy road but reasonably quiet.

Basically a small conference/business hotel relatively central to Prague. The hotel is about a block from IP Pavlova (a major transit hub, about 10 min walk from downtown), next to the red Metro line. The stay was for three days of vacation, and generally uneventful. The rooms furnishings were slightly dated but comfortable and functional. Included in our rate was a breakfast buffet, which was Central European continental (no eggs, but warm dishes and meats). The staff were very nice and helpful, and kept the place running well... My only issue (and this seems to be a problem with many Prague hotels) is the stingy use of heating, which can be mildly uncomfortable, when the temps drop into the low teens. Although there was an electric heater in the room, it did nothing to warm the room, even when set to max. The room thermostat connected to another heating unit, also didn't do anything to warm the room much... (This has been a issue in many other hotels I had stayed at in Prague during the winter months...)

I stay here because it is very reasonably priced, close to Metro / Tram station. The Single Room is way too small, very poor wifi range. I am a vegetarian and had little or no voice of Veg food in breakfast. (Toast, Butter, Cheese, Oats, Milk, coffee was available) Their service is more than perfect and always willing to help. On request they stopped people smoking in the corridor. They went out of the way to help and make me comfortable.

Nice stay in this hotel. Will stay there again if I go back.

Very pleasant hotel near 2 subway stops. Breakfast buffet had wide variety, tho coffee was mediocre. We appreciated in room hot pot, but we brought our own instant Starbucks coffee. Mini fridge was passable, not very cold. Ask for room away from busy street, if noise is a bother.
