Very basic motel property

The property needs to have better appliances, good bathroom option. There should be atleats a bread and butter in breafast and not just coffee.

They gave me a different room and that solved the hot water problem.

Disappointingly our room shower did not function, there was no hot water and the air conditioning pumped the unpleasant smell from the external landing into the bedroom. Not ideal. Would not recommend, even for a budget place to stop it was below standard.

The office staff was very rude and deceitful. We were forced to leave after a 14 day stay because. Supposedly that's the policy for Porterville Motel 6 but it is against California law to make a guest leave the property after 14 days by law the guest has 28-30 before having to leave. Nowhere is this written in their policy and it is not the policy of of Motel 5 overall

Rally enjoyed our time though it was short made it feel like a true stay-cation

Great value overall! Not the newest place, but clean, comfortable, friendly, and budget-friendly. We were pleasantly surprised.

It's okay best price in town.

A hotel is ghetto!!! The walls were dirty doors were damaged, roaches in the hotel could not sleep all night due to dirtiness

Room smelled so much like cigarettes upon arriving, it’s like they didn’t even clean because there was also old stained pee on the toilet seat. We had to clean and wipe down ourselves.

Kish and Veronica made everything as simple as possible without having to make the interaction feel like more then a retreat rather than a headache and that goes along way for me personally they booked me in a room that wasn't fully clean because I had rushed then to give me my room asap and when I brought it to their attention they more then happily relocated me to another room that was in my opinion and upgraded room and really made it right and apologized but if I wouldn't have rushed then to allow me to get my key Sooner then I thought check out is at 11A.M and check in is at 3P.M

Had a wonderful time Veronica and kish helped me out explaining all the different charges and took the time to really break everything down even answered all my unessary questions I had and I really appreciate how well they took care of me i highly recommend anyone and everyone to come visit

Room had beds. Shower & sinks worked well. Lot was well lit. They left the light on for us. Toilet flush sounded like the airplane toilets. Some people were drinking out of the bed of their truck in the parking lot. I stayed here w my kids & came in late so I was a bit skeptical. Room space was extremely tinyf free d

Like: Semi clean comfortable room, friendly staff,ice machine working... Did not like:Pool was green and unclean, shower head had duct tape trying to prevent it from leaking, the room can use some TLC and a better housekeeping and maintenance service

Staff were friendly and it was easy to check-in. The AC works great. However, the pool was out of service and the rooms were dirty.

The man at check in was extremely nice. He even rushed a room to be cleaned so i was able to check in early after a 24 hour drive. Im very thankful as after 24 hrs I was exhausted. Room is comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Room was was clean. They did provide coffee and hot water in the morning. The facility had microwave and laundry room. Overall it was good. Only suggestion is that lawn cleaning service should be used between check-in time and check-out time i.e. 11am-3pm. It caused some inconvenience as the blowers they used to clean did deposit lots of dust on our car which was cleaned in the morning just an hour back!

Would have liked a dip in the pool after a long drive, but it was shut and looked like it had been for a while looking at the colour of the water. As for the room, basic, but clean, not all the lights worked and we could only get 1 channel on the TV. But super comfortable beds and a great nights sleep!
