The receptionist was rude and didn’t know how to talk to people in the right way in English. He was also talking over the phone during my check-in. Most likely the boss’ kid.

The service was friendly and excellent, and the room was clean but had small roaches and was very spartan and everything seemed old and worn out.

Close to my work... the internet sucks... guest stull smoking inside their room...

I was not offered shampoo. I was offer3d a bar of soap. Then they tried to charge me for shampoo. Was not given dauly cleaning or new towels. They said you have to tell us. So i did. Still never received. The i witnessed screaming and yelling at all times of the night.

Came late from a meeting.....got a room which the door entrance needs fixing can't rest people talking outside the door

The outside is really nice and the staff is friendly but not worth what i paid. The beds suck not comfortable at all, the water in the shower was cold barely got hot in the morning to take a shower and the windows were cracked.

I arrived for check in and the girl at the desk was polite and speedy in getting me checked in, she was also accommodating of my request for a room downstairs that may have been non smoking but I’m not sure, the guy next to her who I’m assuming was her manager was NOT pleasant, outside of interacting with her at the desk my overall experience was horrible, the room itself was not well kept, it was barely base level clean, the shower and tub were covered in soap scum, there was sticky residue that looked like glue on the night table and floor and the overall appearance of the room was unpleasant, things were falling apart and the television didn’t work nor did the remote have an actual battery cover just some scotch tape, there was also an overwhelming smell of old cigarette smoke, it was awful, I get that we were potentially in a smoking room but they make spray to get rid of the smell! I have asthma and the smell made me wheeze the entire time, It was so bad that we didn’t even stay the whole night, we checked out a few hours after arrival. I have had decent stays at Motel 6 before but this location I would NOT recommend

Its a nice friendly hotel clean and worth the price
