Book a room without a balcony around 28.5 $. Upgraded to the existing S. Mekong balcony view around 65 $. Only the bathroom toilet is rather smelly. It's only last night. There are mosquitoes too, but ask for mosquito spray. Alright. Strategic location. It turned out that the dark was because the hotel wanted to be economical. There is a sensor if we walk in the aisle lights immediately turn on. Come to Cambodia sometime, just stay here again.

The location was perfect near the mekong river, royal palace, central market, night market, halal restaurant.
