Clean comfortable and the breakfast was great

They only have one cart to bring our bags and personal items to our room. When it’s in use we have to wait.

The hotel staff was the best! Great hospitality

Smelled like urine, carpet was also stained with urine ,room had an unpleasant smell overall. Sheets and towels were stained. Was very unsanitary

The room was spotless and very comfortable with the couch. The kitchen included a full size fridge, dishwasher and 2 burner stove as well as dishes and utensils. We were just there one night, but would definitely choose town place suites again-we chose it because it was pet friendly and were glad about that choice.

The fire exit door next to our room didn’t open. We did a late checked-in and slept-in and cleaning staff knocked on our room door at 9am, when checkout was at noon. They should have known who has checked out.

Everything was wonderful!

People above us had a parade featuring elephants best I can tell. Thinnest floor/ceiling I’ve heard in a while. Brightest parking lot lights and no way of getting the curtains to contain them

Many of the in room amenities were broken, like the TV, the in sink garbage disposal, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. The adjoining room had guests with a cat, and we could smell the cat waste in our room. Front desk staff were very helpful.

So grateful for the ease of getting early check in! :)

Everything was great. The suite was very nice for the price we paid. Only problem was the ac units were leaking and creating soaking wet spots in the rooms which made it very uncomfortable stepping on with socks and without socks.

Car with back hatch open and trash to the ceiling right where you come in driveway, tv wouldn’t work- staff member came and worked on it -when it came on, there were 18 lights in the picture, coffeemaker had been melted.

Nice place - quiet and clean!

Stayed in a suit and the shower was horrible, didn't drain, shower head was dirty and bottom nosil wouldn't shut fot the water to go the shower head, water left you feeling like you were showering in a slime pit. Didn't want to stay any longer there.

Over all great place, pool could have been cleaner

We loved our stay. We were in a studio which had access to a cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. We didn’t like the pool. That was our only complaint. Our daughter went to skim it herself and there was a dead bird floating in it (totally possible it just happened). But the discoloration need the bottom of the pool on the sides made my daughter not want to use it. We felt very safe and left things in the bed of our pickup without concern of it being taken. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
