Great location and facility!

Excellent service. We had to leave the hotel a day early due to a medical emergency, and the staff took wonderful care of us — they even waived the charge for the final night. Their kindness and genuinely human touch left a deep impression on us. Highly recommended.

The room was simple, modern, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, it was quite expensive and did not feel like good value. We had to pay for coffee or apples in the am- which was surprising at almost 400$ a night!

Showed up late to the hotel with a late arriving flight and there was no greeting at all from the staff member. Just two words. "Checking in?" Pretty good guess with our luggage and backpacks. She asked for my credit card and id, handed it back with room keys and just said, "9th floor, elevator to your right." Being that we were tired and checking in late it wasn't until the next morning that I noticed multiple hairs in the shower and literal snot boogers on the walls. We only had two nights there so I had no interest in packing up and moving rooms. The positive is the bed and floors were clean. Pillows are very soft and myself and my daughter didn't sleep too well as they really sunk in, and I was using two pillows. AC took a really long time to cool down the room. There is no fan in the bathroom, at least not one that worked, so mirror was always fogged up. There is a small fridge that was nice. Fits 1L milk and some small bottles of pop. Lots of places to plug in chargers and lots of storage like closets and drawers under each bed. Checking out was a similar experience as checking in. Staff member was in the lobby but not behind the counter. Asked, "Are you just checking out? Just leave the room keys on the counter" Didn't ask how the stay was or anything. Uninterested. Would not recommend this place.

The hotel is nice, staff are nice. However online it appears to be more amenities. Those are just for show. For whatever reason you can’t actually use them. No deck or anything like that. So it’s a great hotel if the price is low. Just because you’re booking only for a room.

Perfect value for cost hotel! The location is super convenient and we appreciated the multi-use building amenities it was part of. The parking was easy. Convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy right out the front door. Staff were very friendly. Room was small but had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The shower leaked but wasn’t a big deal. We’d stay here again if we were back in the City for an event at the Bell Centre in a heartbeat. Try the Indian restaurant across the street!

Me and my family enjoyed the our stay in the hotel. Clean room, housekeeping is everyday, comfy bed and the location is perfect, close to everything especially to the Old Port.

Rooms are clean except no safe in the room

Location is ideal for griffintown especially where it's situated within walking distance to Old Montreal. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
