The room was comfortable, with chargers and fans available if people wanted to use them; with a little ingenuity, they could use both. Towels and personal items were constantly replenished, even though it was a dorm room (I was quite surprised).

The staff were friendly, however, there were many cockroaches and bugs in the room, and the air conditioning was weak and didn't cool properly. My room had a glass view, so it got very hot inside; even with the fan, it got hotter. The condenser unit was right outside, so there was a constant humming noise all day and night. But the positive point is that it's in the city center!

Everything was fine, except there was no parking. If you wanted to park, you had to walk a long distance, which was inconvenient (parking in front of the hotel was restricted during certain hours).

I lost some items while staying at the Brown Bean Hotel in Da Nang. I don't mind the value of the lost items, but a hotel in the city center acting dishonestly, being evasive, and not providing any clear explanation for me leaving my belongings behind and losing them. They repeatedly dragged out the process, and refused to provide footage from multiple camera angles I requested as proof, deliberately withholding clear shots from areas like the elevator and reception. It's clear they intentionally tried to cover up the incident.

Affordable price, close to the airport. All amenities are readily available nearby.

The bedsheets were so dirty that we called staff three times and each time we got the same dirty ones. Overall, I felt misled because there were many old views or I bought a view without knowing.
