The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here.

Is located in front of the beach. The breakfast is very basic and simple. The staff is nice. The service of cleaning is ok, but the hours that is made are very late

I visit Brazil once a year. And i pretty know Joao Pessoa and all locations pretty well. But if there is a hotel where i always stay . This is the ONE . Amenities are pretty good and is located next to the Best beach . Its is not Tambau neither Cabo Branco. Its called INTERMARES beach. Full of coconut trees where you can find half gallon of cold coconut water for only 2,5 dollars . Its a 2,5 walking miles from Ponta de Campina beach and 3 miles away you can get a boat to a sand island called Areia Vermelha. The hotel is located across the beach .Beautiful sunrises . The breakfast is extremely good . You can have tapioca sandwiches made by order. The staff is extremely cordial and helpful. The only downside is the pool. Closed just after 8:00 pm and need to be a little more taken care off there is no filters working during the day turning the water funny. Overall will be back for sure.

Restaurant on site was good. Location for us was great. We stayed there while in town for a wedding. Clean and staff were accommodating.

It could have being an excellent stay except for some of the noises, like the neighbour's rooster, and the bar next door. The rooster would start his singing early in the morning. My last night stay, the bar next door was having a party and the music was very very loud until 330am or so and when I thought the bang bang of the music had stopped the rooster started his show. Great breakfast, nice customer service, very good facilities, but the outside noise wasn't very pleasant.

Quarto limpo, muito simples, o quarto estava sem interfone. Um casal no quarto e apenas uma cadeira. Não tem cofre, nem gavetas com chave, não achei o colchão confortável. A varanda que tanto queria aproveitar, foi um lugar sem uso, pois estava sem mesa, cadeira, rede, algo pra aproveitar. Banheiro minúsculo, chuveiro saía pouca água, tava com os furinhos entupidos. Na área da piscina, poucas mesas e guarda-sóis. O entorno tem bares, padarias e restaurante, ajudou muito. A espreguiçadeira desconfortável, apenas quatro. É um hotel pra quem vai ficar muito tempo fora, as dependências são limpas e muito simples, pedi uma cadeira a mais e a funcionária disse que eram contadas. Minha casa é mais confortável, não pretendo voltar. Mas não é um hotel ruim, eu que sou exigente e preciso procurar esses detalhes.

Gostei do quarto, atendimento na recepção, café da manhã e localização.

Positivo: Equipe de recepção e camareiras muito gentis. Quartos limpos e café da manhã muito bom. Proibido som na piscina (algo raro hoje nos hotéis) Negativo: Tv do quarto muito pequena em relação à distância das camas e mal instalada. (Apto 213) Travesseiros desconfortáveis Equipe que acessa rouparia faz muito barulho e bate a porta na hora de fechar.

A limpeza e o atendimento da equipe são primorosos. Solícitos e atenciosos.

Quarto bom

Ambiente agradável. Atendimento muito lento na recepção. Passamos 45 minutos para fazer o check-in e tinham apenas 5 pessoas na nossa frente, a fila ficou enorme de pessoas para fazer o check-in. Fizemos o check-in antecipado pelo site bem antes da viagem, mas não serviu de nada, tivemos que permanecer na fila com quem não fez. Havia apenas um funcionário para atender todo mundo, inclusive fazia paradas para fazer check out de outros hóspedes. O atendimento é horrível para chek-in e checkout.Trabalho viajando e esse foi o pior check-in que já fiz na vida. O estacionamento ao redor do hotel é ocupado por pessoas que vão à praia, não ficando vagas para os hóspedes e não há ninguém organizando isso. Ao questionar sobre estacionamento privativo, o atendente só informou que estava ocupado e não quis falar onde fica, apenas respondia que estava ocupado, ou seja, a guerra foi grande para arrumar uma vaga para estacionar toda vez que usava o carro.

Foi excelente o atendimento na recepção, no estacionamento e o café muito bom.

O café manhã é muito bom e ótimas estalações do quarto.
