Great customer service

It is nostalgic to return to Hotel Viila Tournon, without saying it is dated, it reminds me of a time when the world valued elegance and timeless excellence. The staff are always happy to see me, and I just love returning to this Hotel.

The place was ok the hot tub is not hot. The air conditioner isnt strong no fan in room and overall lackluster

Just a really great location. Nice room. At the staff is awesome. The only thing I’d recommend, is that they upgrade the gym

This was a beautiful hotel, I loved it. Highly recommended

It was quite old and frankly tired. The beds were pretty sad looking and feeling. The pool was not inviting whatsoever.

Was okay for me

A nighmare for any handicappd person, it was imposible for me to get to the pool or jacuzzi

The property is on a main thoroughfare so you are subject to the noise of air brakes and vehicles that don’t have catalytic converters anymore. My room was visibly dusty. The carpet needs to be vacuumed. It’s hard to say how frequently the bathroom sink and shower get cleaned with a soap scum and mildew removal product.

Wonderful little hidden gem of San Jose. Easy walk to explore, friendly staff. Have stayed here both times i have been to Costa Rica. Pool area is a 10/10.

Convenient to getting around the city and easy access spacey rooms and clean

Large room. Even tho it said breakfast included they wanted a surcharge. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy it.
