The reception team leaded by Ms. Uiselt made my package lost, which was in urgent need after my stay in Wolfsburg. Unfortunately the team showed neither apology nor empathy. First evening what they did was only making the statement that they cannot find my package. Next morning by check-out they said they would search. Unfortunately neither my package or a compensation solution can be provided. All this situation is unbelievably unprofessional for a reception team of a 4-star hotel. If you cannot be responsible to the packages, please refuse to receive.
