The air conditioning is not cooling at all. The room I received does not match what I booked - I reserved a Superior room but got a smaller category instead. When they moved me to a new room, it smelled of cigarettes, so I requested another change. The hotel then finally gave me the room type that I had originally booked. This has been an extremely poor hotel booking experience.

The hotel is near to tourist attractions, near the sky train, shopping. The room is clean but the bathroom door is noisy.

The school is clean, but the room does not store sound. The tour is very loud.

The staff were smiling, very helpful, convenient to travel near Seven and the overall market.

Air conditioning does not need to be cold for several hours to start feeling cold. But it's not cool to open the air 18 degrees otherwise good to travel.
