Room access cards kept not working, internet was horrible and serious mistakes were made by the reception.

As an international traveler from the USA, I was so happy to be checked in my Jose. He was kind and patient, he made sure my questions were answered. It can be stressful not to be fluent in the native language, but Jose was patient and kind. I will absolutely stay again when I am back in town! Thank you!

Perfectly adequate hotel. Not luxury but modern and has everything you could want. Nice pool on the roof with a view of the city. Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast.

Stay was decent. Friendly staff. Fairly clean. For me the beds were not very comfortable.

I thought the room was bigger. It is very tiny. Alos, the room smelled weird when I walked in.

It is advertised as cheap but once you get there they put additional fees on almost everything. They also did not respect privacy. Seriously...asking my marriage status and job to stay a night at a crumby hotel?? Small rooms that reminded me of a hospital. Stay at the Atrium in Cidade Velha. Much better experience.

Simple Clean Room. Breakfast was pretty good.

For the same price we can find hotel rooms in Belém with more internal space. I got a twin room, to stay just me. It fits, but for two people, no way. The hotel is clean, with good breakfast, but nothing so different than other hotels with the rate 30% cheaper.

I needed a place near the airport and this hotel is conveniently located, new, clean and fairly priced for what it has to offer. Probably not a good choice if you want to stay for tourism.

Excellent petit dejeuner, idem pour le restaurant. Bon accueil check in un peu long. Chambre propre. Agréable piscine avec une belle vue sur tout Belem. Salle de sport un peu étroite. Personnel tres attentif aux besoins des clients.

Lavabo fora do banheiro, isso é péssimo. Atendimento no checkin não é bom.

Foi uma estadia dentro do padrão da rede, o que me surpreendeu foi o café com bastante variedade e um bom atendimento. O estacionamento caro, aliás ao reservar falava que o custava 35,00 a diária e no entanto o valor cobrado foi 50,00.

Estadia excelente. Hotel bem localizado, staff pronto para atender as demandas.
