The €10 parking is very limited to like 4 cars and other parking is ridiculous! Shower looks like something from a toy store and DOES NOT work! The “king size bed” is two lumpy twins put together! This is a 2 or 1 star hotel. NOTHING more!

Needed a last minute room, not too far from the train station. This was clean, quiet and convenient. They held my bags prior to checkout and staff was professional

Overall good. Parking which was very convenient (10 euros for the stay). Breakfast not really worth it though.

Great location for the centre and friendly staff make this a great base for Genoa if only staying a day or two. The hotel does need a bit of attention as the posh showers didn’t work and were cracked and the bed was feeling old but for us they were minor problems as we could park (although small area so arrive early!) and walk to town. Would recommend

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable, spacious room. Good value. Good location near center of Genoa but on a relatively quiet street. Would definitely stay there again. Parking available but not guaranteed. Negatives: erratic WiFi, no English or French TV stations that I could find.

People in Genoa very friendly. Food was incredible tasted. Taken the trains to go to the Liguria villages which are amazing of Beaty and food, like Portofino and Chavari. We had a great time there.

Actor Hotel is situated very centrally in Genoa about 5-10 minutes walk from De Ferrari Square, room was good size with nice and clean bedding and fresh towels. Good breakfast.

Hotel actor was great. The service was awesome and hotel was well maintained. Showers are a little like a spaceship so bathrooms could be upgraded but nothing wrong with them. Location was great as we were there for a juventus soccer game so it was close to the stadium.

Pros: Very convenient location, 10 mins walking from Piazza De Ferrari. Friendly staff, clean room. Cons: Breakfast could be more diverse.

Better to come without car; if you anyway have to come with car, be prepared that you'll have to block another car and handle your car keys to reception.

PROS: The gentleman at the front desk was super accommodating and always served with a smile. The breakfast had warm and cold selections in a nice warm environment. CONS:The accommodations were more like a 2* USA hotel standards like a MOTEL 8/Howard Johnson. The shower had dirty edges and the beds were European twin standards which is tinier than USA twin standard. SO I would not rate it as a 3 * hotel. The parking is a 30x30' square and it is first come first serve queued up so need to leave keys with front desk.
