I enjoyed my stay at Rosa Et Al when I first visited Porto 10 years ago. In my recent trip to Porto I chose to stay here again and it didn’t disappoint. Things are as good as my first stay 10 years ago!

Lovely venue, will need to drive as it’s not very central

Staff went above and beyond our expectations. Room was awesome with very comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this small boutique hotel

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location is good. Hotel asked us by text to upload passports photos to the web which was a security concern for us. We understood breakfast was included, but it is only a 15 Euro allowance. Coffee and other extras are not included. Breakfast wasn't served one morning due to limited staff.

This property was well above what we expected. From check in to departure, the staff were friendly and helpful. The dining was absolutely top notch quality, but very unpretentious as well. It was the perfect place to land after a red-eye flight. We were able to drop off our bags, have a lovely brunch and relax before going sight seeing for a few hours. Couldn’t have planned it better!

A lovely hotel but I was extremely disappointed with the unusual bathroom set up. Not really an en-suite as the walls do not meet the ceiling so the toilet is in the same room as the bed. No privacy whatsoever. We asked to move rooms but the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing the staff could do for us. I would not have booked this room if I’d known about the bathroom. However lots of positives. The staff were great. The breakfasts delicious. Pretty garden. Cool area.

Beautiful boutique hotel/cafe with chic rooms. We stayed in the garden suite which was detached from the rest of the hotel. Very quiet and nice. Only qualms were that the receptionists were also running a cafe which led to them being overwhelmed and occasionally difficult to obtain service from. The garden suite was also a little musty due to poor ventilation. The food was delicious.

Room was beautiful but we had to wait for it even though we were asked to fill out a form prior with our arrival time and it was after normal check in. Not a big deal. Then the gentleman who led us up 3 flights of stairs to our room, didn’t offer to help me carry my bags after previously saying he would take our bags to our room. I heard the other staff tell him about our room in Portuguese before he took us up but he didn’t repeat any of it to us in English. Restaurant and food were fantastic and even though some little service touches were missing, I would still recommend. Great location and extremely comfy bed.

My stay at Rosa was charming and wonderful. The food was phenomenal, the room was delightful and comfortable, loved the staff! Everyone here was extremely helpful. I will definitely return on next visit to Porto.

Excellent stay with great room- attentive staff who will go out of their way to make your stay better.Quiet location walkable to everything. Also great breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay at Rosa et al. Its convenient location made walking around Porto a breeze. They offer a nice breakfast and also have a selection of homemade biscuits and condiments for purchase. The only reason for not giving our stay a 5 star rating is that our room configuration had the toilet open to the sleeping area with only a low height bookcase as a barrier. If I had known this I would not have selected this hotel. There may be other room configurations available, so my advice is to clarify this before booking as this room type is unlikely to be suitable for many.

Beautiful space and attention to detail.

I will definitely be staying here again. The staff were all incredibly flexible and welcoming. They took great care to keep us comfortable.

Hard to communicate with the staff in English, wifi didn’t work after check in which caused a lot of inconvenience

Beautiful hotel, restaurant. Staff extremely friendly. The food is absolutely delicious and the presentation is beautiful! Incredible design, and facilities. Highly recommend!

A stellar boutique hotel.

We were very satisfied with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was great. We also enjoy their breakfast and the Friday night specialty pizza, was delicious!!!

Loved the rooms interiors and bath. Softer pillows would've been nice.
