Horrible dirty l, bed bugs and terrible service

Four stars hotel in an excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good room with balcony and nice view. Tap water isn't suitable for drinking, so it's an idea to get bottled water as soon as possible, there's a supermarket nearby.

Staff were polite and friendly, pool is lovely! Nice music playing, warm water, clean, cool floating bean bags, nice plants and trees, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. I’d recommend here and will come back again. So close to the beach and shops, quiet, and nice.

Great facilities, excellent food and very friendly staff. Only negative we found was that the training facilities was very poor (training room should be upgraded), apart from that it was top notch!

Everything was excellent during our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very efficient at taking care of our needs. The room was spacious and well appointed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a very good selection of shops and restaurants. It should also be noted that the buffet breakfast exceeded expectations.

Really enjoyed our stay, hotel ticked all our boxes, staff friendly and always available, hotel clean and tidy, good location, decent breakfast buffet lots of choice. Pool no issue with getting beds, drink and food available to order to your lounger. As I said right at the start really enjoyed our stay, will definitely return.

I had a really great stay here. The hotel and area seems very popular with German guests but I did not find myself unwelcome anywhere. Room was very clean and quiet, area was far enough away from any noise yet very close to the beach

lovely property in great location with helpful staff

A lovely hotel with super rooms, clean and fresh smelling areas. Staff were helpful and friendly. The food was nice, good choice and tasty. It could have been a touch warmer but there was a microwave so you can heat it up. The evening entertainment was nice and the use of the spa, indoor pool and how close it was to the beach. The only downside was that the lovely big pool was freezing cold!

Staff were not upfront about keeping receipts to get the deposits back for the safe and beach towels.

Great hotel, very cloae to beach, bars and restaurants. Easy to get to and from.airport.

The AC was a bit noisy so it was hard to sleep when having it on max power (which is a must when it is +40 degrese outside). The gym equipment was in a really bad condition and must be changed to more modern. An AC must be installed in the gym as well. The rest of the hotel was very good, especially the food.

The hotel is lovely but the spa is a rip off. Don’t recommend getting a facial

Hotel split in two buildings indoor pool not great. Hotel next door had a party at night so was noisy Def not luxurious hotel but would say value for money. Receptionists were nice

All the hotel staff were great and accommodating. Very customer service oriented and helpful. Area very safe and walkable.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at the hotel, everything was amazing, the food buffé was perfect and the staff were so friendly. Love it.
