Great experience

This was the worst trip ever they wouldn't even give me my room.

I went through three rooms before I got one I could sleep in. By the time that was done it was 1:30 am. The first ones air did not work, the second one had a nasty mess in the floor immediately upon walking in that you could see from the door. Clearly wasn’t cleaned. The third one was supposed to be their best room. It was not any better

When i got there wasnt there 10 minutes and a kid was outside screaming and beating on a car left to go to store came back and beechgrove police was there at someone else's room

Only an overnight stay because of hospital procedure early am. Checked in late..checked out early. Rooms clean. Would use again.

The first room we were given, had bedbugs! When we requested a new room and told the clerk about the bedbugs, he didn’t seem to know what they were. The second room woke up in the middle of the night with a bedbug on me will never stay in this establishment again!!

The beds were uncomfortable, two small flat pillows, heater/air conditioner was missing control plate, missing light bulbs in lamps, wrong sized toilet seat on the toilet, ceiling look like it had had a recent leak, multiple holes in walls, Lots of people sitting in cars in the parking lot, room had a bad moldy odor, remote was disgusting, had to sanitize it. Saw people that looked like employees in polos going to multiple occupied rooms after midnight. Only good thing is that I did not see hed bugs.

No hot water and I called the front desk but they didn't get back to me

The shower was dirty. Bed sheets were nasty

After I realized I was in the other side of town from where I thought, I was able to adapt, and I found the savings were well worth it.

It took 10 minutes to find someone to check us in. The property was not what one would expect for a Days Inn. It was dirty, old and just not at all kept up. The towels in the room were dirty and likely years old; the mattresses in the room were like sleeping on cardboard. It’s not like I paid a Motel 6 price but that’s what we got. We could not get out of there fast enough.

Had to pay a hundred dollar deposit for room i reserved for one night the next day i decide to stay one more night they came to my room opened the door and proceed to tell me that there was a issue with my payment cause itz Saturday and the banks where closed this was at like 5 in the afternoon and told me i wasnt getting my deposits back till monday

You guys really need to take this hotel off of your website. Very poor service no hot water the first night. I stay there very very poor the bath towels look like they were used very stained up or maybe used don’t know wasn’t able to take a shower.

It is what I expected for the price

The stay was horrible due to the fact, as soon as I walked in, you could see dirt on the floor mats pulled back the sheets on the bed the sheets look like they have not been changed in months pillowcases had hair on it. Bathroom was filthy refrigerator had food all over the outside of it. Light fixtures were falling off of the wall. Do not recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Waited 2 days for clean towels, went almost 4 days with no hot water, over charged my account by $105.00 which put me in overdraft, employees are rude, disrespectful, negligent

Dirty -

Room #140 had a dirty floor/bath tub. . . . And cockroaches - saw 2 living cockroaches in room . Disgusting - won't stay there ever again

Found cockroaches under beds. Doors wouldn’t lock properly. Smell of smoke in non smoking rooms. Found dirty clothes on floor. Bathroom doors wouldn’t shut.

They had Cockroaches in the room when we checked in. I told them about it asked for a refund. They said they would give me one and they did not.
