The hotel check in was seamless and the staff was very friendly.

We stayed here while attending a concert. There was quite a bit of construction underway as the facility was being upgraded and improved, but it didn't significantly impact our stay. There were a couple of restaurants on-site and the food was good. One thing that surprised was that smoking is permitted in the Casino. If you're sensitive to smoke, you may want to consider a different Casino. Unfortunately, our experience after checkout was disappointing. We accidentally left a bag in our room and realized it about an hour after we had left. When I called, the front desk agent seemed a bit curt and transferred me to Lost and Found. I left a message but never received a return call. The bag only contained some food and alcohol, so I wasn't particularly concerned about the items themselves. However, I was disappointed not to receive a follow-up call. A simple courtesy call to acknowledge my message would have been appreciated and would have left a much better impression.

The room was very nice. Unfortunately the indoor walkway from the hotel to the casino was closed for maintenance and it was pouring rain outside. The long way round to the casino entry left us soaked and that was not the casinos fault. The pool was closed, which we were not aware of until we arrived. The money we spent for the night was not worth it this time round.

Wasn't told there was no pool. Only reason we picked the casino property as my kids were with me and they like to swim while we are at casino.

As always and excellent hotel choice in Calgary. Some building work outside the actual hotel but otherwise great.

Did not enjoy our stay invthere

The pool is closed and we didn’t find out durning booking kids were sad. There was a option to be bussed to a local pool but then planning had to happen

The Casino had enough restaurants to eat at in the late evening and had live music. The rooms were clean and were very nice. We had mentioned we were staying here for my birthday and they sent us a fancy cake to celebrate.

While there was construction going on to various areas of the casino, I really enjoyed my short stay. The hotel, restaurant (Little Chief) and the casino was great! I also really liked the buffet for dinner in the casino. I won a little surprise money on my first night and I am not a big gambler, I made my husband jealous and he said he's joining me on my next visit to Calgary.

Was a great room, but the HVAC unit was having problems through the night constantly cycling on and off every couple minutes. It's under construction so you can't get to all the amenities without going outside. Overall a very nice hotel in spite of the glitches

I was super happy with the stay at Grey Eagle. I checked in and asked about switching to a wheelchair accessible room. They had no issues changing the room and it was great. Everything was clean and the employees were all friendly and helpful.

Love the hotel but the pool was closed and the patio area of the restaurant as well for renovations , it would be nice if hotels communicate to customers at the moment of booking that certain amenities are not available, sometimes you book a hotel because of the pool , restaurant, etc and you just find out that aren’t open when doing the check in and still they charge full price , not an attention like a special discount at the restaurant or better deals on the rooms, etc so full price for no full service isn’t a fair deal for passengers.
