This was a last minute booking and I like the place for the location. It was easy to get from here to the park, easy to get a taxi. Very convenient

is a good Hotel but need change his heater, becouse Jalapa is a beautifull city but is so cold in the nigth.

Central location on a main street. If you are a light sleeper you may want to reconsider.

Great room, location, and staff. Couldn't ask for a better stay

This is very centrally located hotel on a busy street. I was fortunate to have an off-street room on the 5th floor at the end of the hallway. There was an AC unit and a view of Cofre de Perote. Maid service and reception service was efficient if brusque. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The Staff

The location is in the El Centro area with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The property is older and in need of updates. It has a classic look and must have been really stylish in its prime. Lots of dark wood in the lobby area. The elevators are really dated, but functional. I stayed at this hotel mainly because the Posada I live at, did not have internet or TV do to a supposed outage. Staff was great and polite.

The rooms are very small and they smell like feet. We complained but they did not offer to give us a different room. We went out to buy some deodorizing spray. Our 3 night stay turned into 1 no refund was given. They said we have a credit for 2 night when we decide to return. I will never stay there again.

Very nice and attentive staff. Clean rooms and cozy atmosphere. Will recommend to anybody staying in Xalapa.
