I was rejected in very rude manner by the receptionist, even though i had my booking reservation in one hand and my 11 month baby in a hand at midnight, we arrived same time than italian speaker he behavied with them and gave them a room, when it came to us he shouted you go i am the one who calls you as if i was asking for charity or free room. If you are not willing to receive customers close your hotel or hire professional, respectful, and human staf. Wherever I went during my stay in Rome ( in the world even) they considered my baby except in this hotel we waited more than 1h30 to get a room and after being treated as homeless asking for a stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL BETTER SLEEP AT THE AIRPORT.

I would not recommend this place. The air conditioner was reported to be deactivated due to authority rules and room temp was around 25C. There’s no such thing as authority rule for that, max a recommendation. The room fridge does not work, drinks don’t get cold. The WiFi was disrupted many times, weak signal and not reliable. The early check-in request was not prepared, despite the fact the hotel was empty. I do not recommend this place, overpriced and service is bad. The acoustic is also bad, can hear other peoples room conversations. The room is ok, but not worth it.

Very rude ladies at front desk claim that this is normal temperature for a hotel room in Italy. Temperature never went under 26 degrees. They don’t even want to refund. This temperature is illegal in many counties. The hotel does not have air conditioning.

The Hotel Villa Eur is a hidden gem of a hotel! Although it has a three-star classification, and the rooms can probably be described as "compact", the fantastic staff gave 5-star service, and really bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. The hotel and rooms are kept sparkling, and the building is reminiscent of a Florentine Villa, situated as it is up in a small, verdant hilly area surrounded by mature trees and in a peaceful environment with birdsong as a soothing background. The buffet breakfasts (which can be included in the room charge) are excellent with a great choice of typical Italian cold cuts and a wide selection of breads. Bacon and scrambled eggs are also available washed down with hand-made coffees. For a few euros extra, traditional crispy bacon and eggs are prepared to order. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner with a good selection of dishes on an à-la-carte basis and a solid wine list. The restaurant staff are very helpful efficient, friendly and cheerful, and important quality to start the day off! I think the value for money is excellent. Checkout time is usually 11:00. However, I needed a late checkout till 18:00 because of a late evening flight, and for a very reasonable 49 euros that was quickly arranged. On my next trip to Rome I will be staying here again!

Excellent value! We were really impressed with what we got for how inexpensive it was. The check-in staff were extremely friendly. The included breakfast was very good!! The building seems like it used to be a large school that was re-purposed as a hotel, however our room was very comfortable and large. We were very pleased.
