Friendly staff, not too busy. We enjoyed our one night stay as a family with two teenagers.

The parking is difficult to find but OK Staff were very friendly Room was clean and good Corridors were not clean is some zones

Decor could do with a bit TLC, staff generally good but sparse in the bar area, customers waiting as no one present.

Chose this hotel due to being directly off the M4 for easy access, and easy access to TfL services with bus stops outside the hotel linking to Hammersmith for easy transfer to tube services. On site car park is reasonably priced for London, although we were able to park for free with a Blue Badge. Also received a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. Amenities were excellent, clean and well looked after. One of the few hotels we’ve stayed in where all in-room tech worked with no issues. Staff were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and quick to help where they could. Could not have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

Fantastic hotel in leafy London. Close to Gunnersbury station and very hand do anyone driving to London from the west.

This is for hotel management. I paid over £200 to stay one night and I was in a room which had a bathroom flooding that I had to use towels to mop up at 4am and got little to no sleep. All I got the next day was ‘sorry about that’. Not even the slightest hint of, we will deduct a small fee from your stay as you had this experience. Just, sorry about that.

It's ok, but bath didn't have hot water, and the pool had kids lessons that we weren't told about. Pool changing rooms weren't great.

The room was very large, nice bathroom, friendly staff and warm pool. Breakfast offerings were varied. The only downside was the bed, it was so soft, and the pillow had no substance so I woke up in the night uncomfortable. Generally a good price for the area though.

This is a solid 4.3 star hotel. The location to GTech Stadium (15min walk), short bus ride away from the South Ealing tube stop, and price makes this hotel a great choice! The staff was very friendly. The sheets and bathroom were clean! The reason for a 4.3 rating is that: our sink stopper was detached so we had to pull the lever underneath to drain the sink, rooms were a little dated in terms of touch up’s(lots of scuffs on the walls, lots tiny holes in window blackout curtain, none of the tv channels worked). We only stayed 1 night in a Superior room otherwise we would have had the sink fixed. Overall, I would stay here again for the price and location.
