Good hotel, good for the money, but can’t say it deserves a 4⭐️ Service is great, everyone was very helpful and going the extra mile to make your experience great. However the rooms need updates and maintenance.

Perfect stay for the weekend only downside was that it was my birthday and it would be nice for a small gesture

I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Staff are very accommodating and the amenities were good for kids. However the dining buffet were quite noisy but food are good. And it’s nice that you got two restaurants you can booked for quite evening Meal.

Never stayed in a 4 star hotel before , my wife , young daughter and myself went full board , and one word to sum up the experience, IMPRESSIVE we won't have any hesitation returning to this wonderful hotel , the food was exceptional and the staff very friendly. Highly recommend

Nicest hotel I've stayed in for holidays ever. Staff were courteous, room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very plush and elegant and beautifully decorated for Christmas.

We were a bit surprised to discover that most of the guests were quite old. The hotel and the staff was beautiful

This is not a 4-star hotel. Maybe 3.. Mold in the bathrooms. Bland food. Bait and switch. Charges for extras like WiFi, room safes, etc. Pool was decent.

We have really enjoyed the allinclusive offer. Most of the staff was friendly and corteous, the daily animations were fun and the evening programmes were also cool.

Lovely hotel and the surroundings are lovely. Four pools but they could have done with having a slide in the pool for the kids. Didn't really see the animation team coming around to get guest involved in activities during the day. Kids club could be longer only 2 hrs in the morning and afternoon. My some enjoyed the football that was organised though. Hotel staff were pleasent

Restaurant was like a cattle market. Very average breakfast. Poor quality food. Long Queuing for eggs, juices & tea/coffee machines & toasting machines, making the experience very frustrating. Table service for taking away used plates etc was very poor too.

Hotel was fabulous, brillant pools, amazing grounds went half-board,food was superb, great entertainment in the evening and lovely relaxed piano bar.

With our two little kids we had a nice week in the sun in a well maintained hotel with nice outdoor pools.

Huone oli ihan perus siisti, ei valitettavaa. Meille annettiin "sviitti", mutta kyseessä oli kaksi tavallista huonetta väliovella. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja he joustivat tarvittaessa mikä oli erittäin positiivista. Huoneemme oli lähellä esityslavaa ja kun valitimme melusta olisimme saaneet vaihtaa huonetta. Siivoojia näkyi paljon ja yleisiä tiloja siivottiin säännöllisesti. Ruoka oli oikein hyvää ja tuoretta. Ainut negatiivinen asia näkökulmastamme oli ettei huoneessa ollut vedenkeitintä eikä sitä saanut sinne, koska se ei kuulunut huoneen varusteluun. Voin kuvitella, että tulemme takaisin tähänä hotelliin.

everyting is good. Especially, we were satisfied with food market. it was good quality and excellent service. And theere were a lot of program, facilities for kids.

Water park was very nice.

This hotel was a major disappointment and does not deserve its 4-star rating. Food: Very poor quality and little variety. Salads and bread were often old, and the food overall was not fresh. The afternoon “snack” consisted of leftover croissants from breakfast, while waffles, crepes, and fresh juice were only available at an extra cost. Even basic cocktails like margaritas were not included in the so-called “all inclusive” package, which offered only a very limited selection of alcoholic drinks. Service: Terrible. Getting something as simple as a glass of water was a hassle—you either had to walk to the pool bar or wait until the restaurant opened (no water available before 18:30!). Towels could only be exchanged between 10:00–12:00, and since we went sightseeing in the mornings, we had to reuse dirty towels. No coffee or tea was available in the afternoon or evening unless you paid extra for a Nespresso for 2 euros! Facilities: The kids’ pool and mini-disco were nice, but for adults, there was little to do—no entertainment or club activities after 23:00. Rooms on the left/right wings were extremely noisy. Positive note: The staff did send me a bottle of champagne for my birthday, which was a kind gesture. Overall, I have stayed at all-inclusive resorts at least six times, and this was by far the worst experience. The quality was closer to a 2-star hotel, yet the price was nearly the same as a proper 5-star resort. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Litt småslitt, men fremstår allikevel fint. Noe kakerlakker rundt omkring (observert mest i matsal). Maten/all inclusive ikke helt det store - litt kjedelig og ikke den beste kvaliteten. Også veldig mye som ikke er inkludert i all inclusive. AC på rommet er ikke noe å skryte av. Det finnes, men virker ikke særlig bra. Treningsrommet er ok utstyrt, men et par apparater var i ustand gjennom hele mitt 2 ukers opphold (obs ingen AC på treningsrom, blir meget varmt). Fremstår å være nok solsenger og plass til alle, sjeldent det var trengsel verken der eller på spisesteder.
