Front desk staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. However, our room did not have tissues or conditioner provided. We also did not like the bathroom layout. The sink area did not have a door and was located right beside the bed, so whenever the light was turned on or the sink was being used, it disturbed the person still sleeping. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the breakfast provided. It did not look appealing and did not taste good, so we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. The gym, however, was good. For the price we paid, I was expecting more. I feel we have received better overall value at Holiday Inn Express.

Lovely Room, but needed a chair or something in the bedroom to put your clothes on. Also, needed more luggage carts to load and unload. Breakfast excellent.

Nice rooms. Close to St Jacob's market and the theater. The breakfast was underwhelming given how much you pay for the rooms.

Continental breakfast was fantastic. Location was perfect to where we needed to be. Staff was wonderful!

The breakfast was good and changed from day to day. I did find that they started to close the breakfast early. AS in they started putting things away about a half hour before the end of the breakfast period. There was no more waffle mx so instead of replenishing it, they put it away. and if you got there within the last half hour you had limited variety ad nothing new replenished

The Breakfast was nice sausage eggs toast waffles etc full hot breakfast lots of choices. Pool seemed nice checked it out but did not swim room was clean bed was comfortable seemed quite quiet

Hotel was clean, well appointed, and the perfect size and amenities for a week-long stay. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and takeaway options in a beautiful dining space. Pool is small but a nice addition.

We have always been treated with great respect and enjoy the conveniences offered with this location.
