The only blemish on this property is the management of the taxi service. It’s a ripoff. Traveling 3km to the Land of Legends costs 15 euros. That’s criminal. The taxi system is run by a cartel it looks like

Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. Entire city is less active in winter not just resorts... as far as we could gather all resorts partially shut down in winter

Room was lovely, great hotel staff were very welcoming and thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay. Really close to the land og legends and the golf course was amazing thank you kaya

An amazing place. The beauty of the beach and scenery is matched with amazing amenities and architecture at the resort. Starting with the Quality of rooms, and cleanliness to the staff. One in particular that made every guests experience more fun is the manager Rida. This gentleman went out of his way to interact with us, and every other guest. Can’t say enough about how welcoming he is.

I had a wonderful stay — everything was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to Daria and Taha for their exceptional customer service — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We stayed for five nights in a luxury suite. The room was terrible — damp and musty. When we checked in, the bed was dirty. The service was awful; we had to ask for everything multiple times. The waiters were unmotivated and indifferent. We are very disappointed with our trip. We paid a lot of money but received the lowest level of service. I strongly recommend that you check carefully before going to this resort.

We had a great experience. We will definitely come back again. Taha and Rose were very helpful and they made sure that we were comfortable.

I stayed in a hotel with my wife, it was a short romantic break. We liked the hotel as a whole, infrastructure, variety of food, the entertainment provided, i.e. live music, disco, performances. Thank you to our guest relations agent Rida and to our assistants Kardelen and Durmus, they were very kind, attentive and helpful. We are looking forward to visit the hotel again with our children in a near future.

Perfect location for golfing. Had a bit problem with shower, but it was fixed soon after I asked.

We were catered to very well. There were an abundance of staff, facilities and food. Property was very clean, quiet and relaxing. We were impressed with how there was very good quality food and drink everywhere in the resort. Staff were very friendly and lots of activities every day. Only two things would have it made our stay perfect. One the ability to control air conditioning from our room, they switch off air conditioning centrally in October which is fair enough but it’s still quite hot in October at night so we were quite uncomfortable with no air conditioning. Two the quality of the buffet was really good, lots of fresh food every day with a lot of choice. Understandably they do cater to European palettes mostly but I wish they had offered some sort of South Asian cuisine too. We had a lovely time as a family though this is definitely a lovely high end resort with lots to offer.

Lovely property, some downsides with freezing cold pools but overall it was great. The food was good, the facilities good and this was as good as an all inclusive we have had. Everything included plus more. Entertainment wise it was okay to. Just make sure you have local cash or euros as the taxis etc age expensive and want cash.
