Hotel was beautiful, keith greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with anything, nothing was too much. Unfortunately the night porter was the complete opposite, think he was called adrian. It was like we was an inconvenience, he was very abrupt with the breakfast, this was ordered when we arrived, so on our last day are flight was at 5.45am, so keith explained we can have some breakfast beforing leaving, such as tea coffee, toast, pastries etc. Which was lovely, not all hotels offer this. But adrian didnt seem too happy we came down.

Staff members of the hotel were very friendly especially one of the receptionist « Keith » very nice guy.Overall everything went well

Ocean view was nice and accessibility to beach; didn’t like the smell of hotel, too strong artificial cheap perfumes; also they charge for everything, safe lock, park, renting iron, water etc. breakfast was ok so we didn’t want to have 2nd day and they refused to give us refund saying it’s a package;

Everything was lovely apart from having to pay to use the safe.

Excellent location. Friendly, welcoming staff. Good all round facilities. Excellent breakfast. Had the buffet dinner on two evenings, good choice and standard of food and very good service.

Hotel is excellent. The best part is it’s location on the beach. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and amenities. Rooms are modern and has a lot of storage space. The hotel mainly geared towards elderly guest. We were in minorities but we stayed out a lot of time. Staff at the reception are extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel has bus stop less than a minute away and buses go to airport and other resorts nearby.

As a regular visitor to the island this was the first time staying at Son Matias and will definitely come back again in the future. Just one criticism is the allowing of smoking on the balconies, as a non smoker the smell of smoke coming through the door was the pleasant at all, so maybe only allow smoking from last two or three floors.

Fantisic property. Better than the pictures online, really nice staff, and great location. Would stay here again next time.

We had a very enjoyable stay met all our needs. The only negative was the race for sunbeds at the pool first thing in the morning

Great hotel right on the beach with many delicious restaurants nearby. Management surprised my girlfriend with a bottle of sparkling wine for her birthday (Must got details from passport). It was a nice little touch. There is nightly entertainment but never took part as we went out every night. If you want a relaxing and quiet holiday, this hotel is your choice

The hotel was clean I did not like the extra charges for the safe etc as they should be standard in a hotel that has them food was okay I had dinner once and did not really like it

the hotel is fabulous, our room had an amazing view as do all the rooms, the pool area and bar great and the sun loungers are the most comfortable I have every had.Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice and all the staff friendly and courteous,did find it unusual though that you couldnt change the temp on the aircon in your own room, would definitely stay here again
