Great apartment for a week in Napa friendly staff and everything on your doorstep

Great little hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa There’s lots to do in the area surrounding the hotel. There was a great selection of food at dinner time with views from the rainbow restaurant The poolside bar serves a decent selection of drinks incl cocktails and the food isn’t bad either Noise from the surrounding bars, clubs and nearby fun fair can be heard from the rooms but it didn’t bother us All round it was a nice stay and good value for money

In the room there was only 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat. No bath towels at all

Excelent food, very clean hotel, nice staff.

Brilliant stay, staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were cleaned every day and new towels were given. Plenty of sun beds and never a problem finding a bed at any time of day. On the first night we had a problem with a party being quite loud at 5am which was expected but staff and security spoke with them and resolved the issue for us promptly. Lovely play areas for children and smaller pool was good. All inclusive was good, plenty of options in the restaurant. Feel like the snack options by the pool could have been a bigger variety but again not a big issue. Unlimited ice cream and drinks was a huge win for our 5 year old. My partner loved his stay so much he would like to go back again. No complaints from us as a family of 3.

The only thing I didn't like. I think they have to cover the area between lift and rooms. Lift and Recepion.

Visited last Easter for 1st time. Located in the heart of Ayia Napa near everything. The staff are local people that respect their returning guests. Special thanks to Manager Mr Girogos, Mrs Chrystalla at Reservation's office and the polite Receptionists.

Excellent stuff and location

Great breakfast centrally located and plenty of sunbeds

Hotel is new, clean and deserves it's stars. Staff is polite and helpful. Room for family is Okay. Food is generally good and tasty, lacks of variety in some cases. A drawback, is that you have to pay €3 for each pool towel you are using, and that's not refundable!

Bedsheets and towels dirty old and some of them with holes . You could feel the bed springs. Pool very dirty.
