The staff was friendly .

Very nice place, affordable. We were storm stayed in Regina for a sports event and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

I really liked how nice and polite the staff were, they very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was very basic.cereal, muffins, and frozen waffles, no effort to replace things that ran out ( no milk, no syrup). Room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

The tv in the room was tiny and we couldn’t hook up our Switch. #travelingwithkids

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned; had to ask for housekeeping to come up. Someone tried to enter our room because front desk gave them keys to it. Overall, not the best experience.

The room was very clean and felt very comfortable. Being laid over due to vehicle problems, it would be nice if there was at least a couple of movie channels on the tv channel list. Otherwise the staff, amenities and the stay was very nice.

The remote for the TV didn’t work unless you stood right in front of it and held it at a very specific position. A remote should work from the bed. The toilet ran all night and I could hear quite a bit of ambient noise from other rooms.

Hotel definitely could use some updating. We were on the 3rd floor, and when we went to head out it stunk so bad of cigarette smoke. I did mention it at the front desk and he said he would go and check into it. The front desk staff were very friendly.
