Whitehorse is beautiful, weather wasn't perfect, but one day it was so nice that we experienced northern lights outside the hotel.

The front desk staff is outstanding. Always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. They have an Nexpresso in your room and nice added touch of real cream in the fridge so you can have a nice coffee in the morning.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Allowed my dog and was a good place to stop traveling the ALCAN.

Room was nice, walk in shower, ate at the restaurant there. Food was great, as was the service. Location was fantastic, across street from promenade of the yukon river. 5 stars if we hadnt mistakenly gotten a call for a shuttle at 5:30......

Upon arrival I knew we were going to have a good night. This is a high end hotel like they used to have. Very modern and well maintained.i asked for a main floor room and they honored my request! The staff were kind and helpful during our whole stay. We loved being able to walk across the street to the coffee shop and the toy shop was so much fun! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Great location. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. rooms were clean and well supplied. Would recommend.

The rooms are spotless. The hotel is quiet and convenient. The staff is readily available to help and welcome you. They always have a shuttle available at the airport to take you to the hotel

The rooms are modern looking and recently completely renovated. They're not large but are comfortable and have great amenities. The stairways are narrow for carrying luggage but staff offered to assist. Airport shuttle was welcomed. The cost is bit expensive but typical of the high cost for hotels in Whitehorse.

Pet friendly was great. No parking available for bigger rigs or moving vans. No elevators for upper floors

Room was fine for a one night stay. The restaurant, Belly of the Bison was fabulous! The staff were friendly and very accomodating. The food was absolutely delicious!!

Good stay. Air conditioner was really cold, not sure if it was working properly, but otherwise a good experience.

Excellent property, excellent dining! Definitely a highlight of our Whitehorse stay.

Had a great one night stay. The hotel is smaller and quiet. The restaurant has amazing food as well as a a nice view. Very kind helpful staff at both the hotel and restaurant. Appreciated having a brita filter and kettle in the room.

it is very nice passing through Canada , has a very bar & restaurant. very friendly staff, laundry service, working cold A/C , very very clean, and comfy the only downside is there is no elevator but it is worth your while, if you choose to park in the front its free parking until 8am, and there is a tight space in the back right behind the building free parking . overall we would give 20/10 rating. will certainly be back.
