Horrible experience. Did not feel safe at this place. The shower didn’t work, and I had to call the reception twice and waited for 40 minutes before a really aggressive man let himself in (without me opening the door for him) and trod around in the room with his outdoor shoes on. He was so unfriendly that I honestly thought he’s gonna attack me. After fixing the shower and getting out my room, he prevented me from closing the door, asking me why I didn’t say thank you. The cleaning lady tried to sell me her skeleton key for 200 lira when I told her I’ve left my card in the room. (Not just opening my door, but giving me the card that could open every door). I don’t know how many times she has given people this access in exchange for money. When I saw her the next day, she stopped me on the stairs asking for lira again. Two waiters yelled at me in Turkish from the bar during dinner and laughed at my face when I looked at them. I still don’t know what they were saying but it’s giving bullying. It’s beyond my understanding why anyone would do that to a customer. If you are a single traveler looking for a chill time off, definitely avoid this place. If you are travelling with a big family, I recommend you extending your budget for somewhere nicer or just staying in a non-inclusive hotel in this town. So many restaurants available next to the beach. I regret so much spending my holiday here.

We got a room on the pool and it was very pleasant and relaxing, clean and staff were friendly. Wouldn’t mind staying here again

We thought being an all inclusive stay would be a luxury but couldn’t be more further from the truth. Started from the minute we got there they gave us a room then decided 45 mins later it was the room type and we could only stay if paid what we already paid for original booking. Food was low quality and not what I’ve had in Turkey before. The room looked like something from the 60’s and to top it off the hotel decided to key my hire car because I parked in the managers space unbeknown to me so on the whole save your sanity and stay elsewhere.

Food was very average, not much variety. Staff were very friendly. Drinks limited options. Location was great though.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the beach and strip. The water slides are a great asset for kids.

Friendly staff, food was well presented and tasty. Entertainment team worked hard to include everyone in taking part in activities.

Inexperienced young staff at the bar that didn't seem to know what they were doing, there didn't seem to be anyone managing. Ran out of tonic waterfor 2 days also ran out of beer and it took another guest to complain before it was replaced. The uniforms were dirty as were the sun loungers. On the plus side we didnt struggle for food although it was basic, the rooms were cleaned regularly and the pool was lovely. I persomally would not return to this hotel but definitely return to the resort.

Cannot praise the hotel enough, lovely hotel staff, brilliant food, very updated hotel look for turkey!

booked 1 night for a friends birthday, meet and greet very good, escorted to room and shown around, disappointed that the room had not been full cleaned, in that a dresser draw was dirty and opened boxes (shower cap and the like) littered the draw (unhealthy and actually dirty), the Toilet seat was stained under the seat which was a long term problem (no attention to detail in healthy cleaning). the staff were amazingly good, friendly and helpful "EXCEPT" the lazy breakfast chef who asked by 2 managers to cook 4 fried eggs for us and refused point blank as he was "an omelette chef" and the Egg chef was working the next day ?? idiot ?? In reality this is a great place to stay "spoilt by and idiot chef and a lack of attention to detail? I would stay here again, BUT I would ensure a clean room. Food quality was amazing. Don't let me put you off as a dirty draw/toilet can be rectified and there was plenty of options other than my fried eggs?

İlk olarak tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Hepsi güleryüzlü ve canayakındılar. Tesisin havuzları güzel ve temiz. Odaların temizliği ne yazık ki vasat. 3 günde bir çarşaf değişikliği biraz garip geldi bize. Konum mükemmel. Yemekler kötü değil. Çok seçici olmama rağmen ben aç kalmadım. Animasyon ekibi süper. Eğlenceler güzel. İngiliz turist ağırlıklı bilginiz olsun. Keyifli bir tatildi.

Tam anlamıyla fiyat performas oteli her imkan var gorevliler gayet yardimsever ve guleryuzlu tekrar tercih edilir.

Hotel lokasyonu herkesin istediği ölüdenize yürüme mesafesinde. Fakat oda temizliği sadece çöp alma ve yatak düzeltmeden ibaret. Ne havlular ne de yatak çarşafları maalesef bizde değiştirilmedi. O kadar para verip böyle bir hizmet almak yetersiz. Ayrıca bu lokasyona gelen gününü ölüdenizde geçirmek istiyor. Mutlaka oda kahvaltı seçeneği de eklenmesi gerekir.

Cet hôtel est un hôtel familial avec piscine et toboggan. Le personnel est hyper accueillant et professionnel. Les repas sont riches et variés pour le all inclusive les clients peuvent manger quasiment toute la journée. Nous devions y passer un jour et avons prolongé tellement le cadre est agréable et magnifique. La plage est à 5 min à pied mais il est préférable de marcher un peu plus et de profiter du lagon 10 min de plus (payant).
