Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean

Very clean and comfortable!

We did not receive what we paid for. The toilet was broken in the bathroom and water was running all night. The shower did not work and only a tiny trickle of water came out. The breakfast area was closed. There was only essential housekeeping being done due to staff limitations.This property had caution tape up on the breakfast area. The entire hotel stunk of urine when we walked in.The check in staff person when we got there was extremely rude and unfriendly. I had a difficult time getting the man to give us extra trash bags which we needed because we have small children and fill up tiny trash cans quickly. The floors in the hotel room look like that you would find in a McDonald's bathroom. The beds were not comfortable, and the fridge was barely cold.

The beds were very comfortable, a priority when i travel. Soft sheets, dark room and well functioning climate control. The check- in staff were cordial, but not what i consider friendly or informative... had to ask what the breakfast hours were, but the morning staff was very friendly and constantly checked to ensure breakfast items were stocked.

I booked this hotel for the night on our road trip due to the reviews this hotel received on Expedia. Are these paid for reviews? The room I received was not what I was expecting. The toilet seat looked straight from a gas station. Extremely worn down. It just needed the graffiti to match! The room smelled like dog piss too. I was too tired to complain to the front desk about it and only sleeping there for a few hours then hitting the road in the morning. I will skip this hotel chain in the future.

Nice hotel for overnight stay.

Nice hotel. Just an overnight stay. Our mattress needed updating because it sagged from previous sleepers. Floor in our room could use a good cleaning. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

My family and I enjoyed the family rooms, spacious and clean big beds. Breakfast is delicious and lots of choices.

Place was clean and well maintained. Needed one more worker so the desk clerk didn't have to be the bar tender.

Breakfast was good. Our room was so spacious. Our beds were very comfy. We got there too late to use the pool, but it looked great.

Very nice hotel! Easy to reach from Rt 40 and was very clean. The breakfast was well kept after and staff was friendly.

Hotel was well kept. Beds comfortable. Only negative is the hallways were warm & humid but rooms were cool. Not many places to eat in the area.

The air conditioning was great! The cleaning staff were wonderful! The man at the front desk at check in was extremely rude to me. He made me feel regretful for using Expedia. Will never return to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Had a fireplace, bar, and snack bar in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint is that it wasn’t as convenient to the interstate as it appeared. From the interstate, it looked like it sat directly off it, but you had to take a couple of side roads.

Beds were great and room was very clean. No complaints!
