Do not like Thai customers Feeling from the service that was received, not smiling, looking like insulting Thai people too. There is only one person who is really service minded. Housekeeper smiles with friendship.

1. When booking a webpage that says there is a fire. Stay in a non-flammable room. But at the lobby. Work not done. 2. Not yet notified. But there is a maid to fix the key in the morning. 3. The window is not locked. 4. The shower is running out. 5. When the reservation is a single bed. But enough to stay as a double bed. 6. Staff in the face does not look. No advice

Easy to travel, easy to travel with family.

Price is okay with everything. Both breakfast, swimming pool, quiet, comfortable to relax.

The location of the hotel is so strategic. Very close to the beach road, have thai massage in the hotel and nearby, have thai food stalls in the morning nearby, easy to access, have family mart or 7/11 nearby and very close to central marina. We had good breakfast, but more option of fruits will be much better (they only serve watermelon and pineapple).

Staff beaming good service, but the materials used, such as hotels, bed sheets, pillow cases, bed comfort, quite old. Superior room with laptop Superior Pool View Hotel just different. But I could not see the pool or the sea as well. Overall considered

Hotel is good. Very near to beach. We enjoyed a lot there. Next time also we prefer this hotel
