The room was clean and spacious, we were given two adjoining rooms as there is work going on at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

I booked a family room at this hotel as we required additional space while traveling with a toddler. Upon arrival and check-in, we found the room extremely small despite containing three beds (one double and two singles). Once our luggage was inside, there was very little room to move. The room was also hot and stuffy, and when attempting to open the window, we discovered it was broken and difficult to close without risking further damage. In addition, the bedroom door was also broken and could not be closed at all, despite several attempts. I approached reception to request a different room. At first, I was informed that no family rooms were available, and then offered one at an additional cost. I explained that the condition of the room was not acceptable and that these issues were not our responsibility. We were subsequently provided with another family room; however, its condition was also unsatisfactory. The room was dusty, the floors had not been cleaned properly, and there were visible sticky patches. Although the beds and towels were clean, the shower curtain was heavily discolored, stained at the bottom, and missing several hooks, leaving part of it hanging loose. Furthermore, the sink drain was blocked, and the water took over an hour to empty after use. Overall, the level of cleanliness and maintenance was extremely poor, and regrettably, I have not encountered such conditions in a hotel for a very long time.

Stopped here for two nights on our way back to the UK. Very convenient bus service into Amiens centre. There is a shopping mall next door with a hypermarket and a few choices for eating. The room was quite small but comfortable, a fan was supplied but opening the window cooled the room sufficiently. Check-in is quite late at 1700 but went smoothly, plenty of parking spaces. There is no lift to the upper floors. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited but ok, dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient and nice parking

Simple but very effective well laid out hotel. Small rooms but no problems with comfort. Good breakfast and friendly service.

Everything was basic and sufficient. However, the bathroom had a bad drainage smell, the toilet seat mountings were broken so the seat was unstable. The room had a bad smell, just an unclean smell - perhaps built up in the floor covering ?

It was an overnight stop for us. For the price we paid, including breakfast, it would be hard to complain. It is easy to find, and the rooms are clean, if quite small. It is a very functional place but everything worked (shower, kettle, wifi) and the breakfast was just what we needed (croissants, bread, cereal, fruit, eggs, cheese and cold meats). I’d happily stay there again when passing through the area. No idea what Amiens is like because we were straight back on the autoroute after breakfast.

Although rooms are small , it was an ideal overnight stay .

The rooms are fairly basic with minimal decoration and door handles which are very confusing to operate. The restaurant was closed.

Good traditional food and friendly service and staff

We arrived on the last day of our holiday looking forward to a nice evening meal, only to be told the restaurant was closed. This was a Friday evening and their own noticeboard says it is open from Monday to Friday. The reason I was given was that they only have one cook and he wasn't there. They also said on their adverts that they had disabled parking but they didn't. The rooms were in a separate building so we had to walk across the car park with our luggage. The girl on reception was very apologetic and I told her that I realise it is not her fault but I was very upset. Then, when we had been in the room for about an hour we found the floor was wet and the bathroom was flooded. The shower was running and the door had been left open. I reported it to the receptionist and she apologised again. There was no way we could change rooms as we needed ground floor. I asked her for some extra towels for us to walk on. The bed was extremely comfortable. Once I got over being so upset we had a good sleep, having had to get KFC delivered for dinner. Breakfast was fabulous. Glad about that as I was hungry by then. Its a shame because this had the potential to be a great hotel

We were on a road trip and needed one night stop only. Overall it was ok, the room was clean and staff was nice, although the breakfast could have more options. For shopping, including eating out there are some options in the area. Also room walls are very thin and noise from other rooms and hallway could be heard.

Fairly new hotel, good size, good breakfast, helpful staff. Would stay here again.

Comfortable bed friendly staff, restrurant good, 200mtrs from large shopping centre and good WIFI

This hotel was good value for the price bracket it was in. Easy access to Amiens and next to supermarket and fast food chain. Check in was fast and easy with a pleasant member of staff.

Perfectly fine hotel for a limited budget. Would benefit from a bit of renovation, for example doors that stick could do with fixing. Very friendly staff!

2star hotel. room was ok, wasn't the best room or the most spacious, but fine for 1 person. Bathroom was ok. Restaurant was good, we had breakfast buffet, which was good. Couldn't eat dinner there as there are no vegetarian options.

The room was so small and the bathroom even smaller, I am surprised that they managed to even fit a bed in the bedroom and a shower in the bathroom it was so small.
