The staff are not accommodating

Budget Rooms are next to street where you can hear traffic all night long. Lights in room didn't work (had to change bulb myself) Maybe related to water accident which affected also electricity downstairs. No more beadbugs as new matress and owner was so kind and let me change original booking which I was not able to take because got stuck in taiphoon
