Property was great, great location. Lounges were not very comfortable. Bar stools were stained, a few holes in the walls and cheap and broken back sliding screen.

Fabulous check in/check out process. Beautiful and quiet location. Excellent parking and access.

The garden view and fireplace were both lovely. Overall, the room was clean, but the carpet was a big turn off and in desperate need of replacement. Whomever was working the front desk was not friendly. We had to say hello to her first and before we could even get complete sentences out she jumped to “didn’t you get the text?!” It was not a pleasant start at all. We had been out enjoying our day and hadn’t taken the time to check our SMS/email. She could’ve had way better customer service about it.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Will be back!

Spacious villa in idyllic location. Comfortable bed. Effective cooling fans. Adjacent parking. Easy walking access to adjoining winery/restaurant.

Very quiet.... Breakfast not available there & self catering tricky with NO teaspoons, NO bowls/coups, No toaster, No large plates. Bathroom suitable for a giant as mirror too high to use & shower soaps also high!

Shower leaked, air conditioner on a timer and turns itself off, first checkin text no access code given therefore I had to contact property, dirty coffee cup, left over food from previous guest, half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement. Two nights of accommodation with only one bath towel per stay. No housekeeping during the duration of our stay.

No staff ever seen to assist. Advertised breakfast included, but was not.

Room ok but needs attention. Getting water to correct temp in shower was a challenge. Needs improvement. Staff friendly and helpful.

Clean and spacious room. Ample parking near door. Just a couple of steps from the car down to the room. Very quiet and peaceful. This stay was a Thursday. We required a microwave. I rang the number on hand and the reception was closed for the day. It was 5pm. We had seen some staff cleaning other rooms on arrival. We went and asked if they could help. Which they did. A microwave was brought to our room quickly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

We were disappointed. The kitchen facilities were lacking, there was only a microwave but no stovetop or any utensils or pans. The pathway to the front door was unsafe and the door mat was a trip hazard. The decor was dated.

Room was clean & tidy. Reception staff member was lovely & easy to deal with.

Safe parking and quick and easy check-in. Air conditioning wasn't very good, we slept on the loungeroom floor on the mattress. I found hair in the shower drain which was a turn off

Location was beautiful and perfect for exploring the Hunter Valley. Great sized room, comfy beds and fluffy towels. We were just really disappointed in a lot of the details around the room - stained linen, sofa and carpet, under the sofa hadn’t been vacuumed, pretty dusty, TV remote control batteries needed replaced, lounge room lamp didn’t work so we had to sit in the dark while our baby slept or have bright ceiling lights in her eyes, no plug in the bath to bath baby, dirty hand wash dispenser in the bathroom. Disappointed considering how much we paid

THERE IS NO REAL RECEPTION HERE!!! There is nobody available to help. Our showerhead fell off of the wall.

The AC automatically turn off every 4 hours it is no good esp night sleep is disturbed when you feel it is uncomfortable due to warm room and even a big conccern when someone is having a hard time getting back to sleep again
