Great staff, nice rooms, clean and quiet. Not close to centro and parking near the center of Ancona is much like anywhere in Italy - awful. So take a cab into town definitely too far to walk. Breakfast in hotel is best we have had in Italy in 3 weeks, bravo!!

Always excellent. Staff are wonderful and authentically kind and helpful. Spa perfection in stress management! Area steeped in history. We love it here and have been returning for years. Highly recommended.

Beautiful room, view, and breakfast

The staff we friendly and efficient. The hotel is very comfortable with large rooms and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The AC in the rooms is limited to 21 degrees (it never managed under 23!) which is annoying. Its not cool enough in the hot weather. Hotel was great for a passing through stop over but a car is definately required here.

Very nice staff and a comfortable stay, nice mattress for a good night’s sleep.

Not worth the price, the relation with the quality is very low, we booked the suite and it was a big disappointment. The cleanliness very low the bathtub with a joke pressure so we could not use it because after it was never filled and the water was already cold. The breakfast was bad.

New hotel that is too far to walk to the city. Wish it was closer. 10 minute walk to beach, 30 minutes to beach with umbrella and chairs to rent.

Lots of parking staff great and breakfast was good , far out of Ancona , there is a beach 2 min drive away

the property is right by a very busy road and the trains run right next to the property. Hotel Breakfast was wonderful, a lot of choices and all very tasty.

This is a hotel to which we come back time and time again. Its room facilities and the restaurant are fantastic, cleaned, hygienic and very well looked after throughout meal times. The spa and gym area is great and open 24/7.

We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and modern. Buffet breakfast excellent. In the evening we decided to eat at a restaurant just below the hotel 'Oggi', excellent service and food there also. Wished I'd taken photos of the inside of the hotel, disappointed that I didn’t, we can't praise it enough. Would definitely return, thanks to all.

Always top notch. Wonderful staff always warm and helpful. LOVE the EGO. Best breakfast and especially good coffee. Dream team. We will keep coming back : )

Good location not far from downtown

Great hotel with free onsite parking. They give you a 3 hour parking voucher for downtown. 15 mins to downtown area.

We stayed in a deluxe double, with a beautiful round bath and it was fantastic, very spacious, comfortable bed. Sadly no smart TV, which I think should be a must nowadays. The spa is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is also very good. Close to the beach and well-connected by public transport. Members of staff very kind and helpful.

It was not my first stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, very comfy beds and nice bathrooms. What I missed this time was a coffee maker, as this is meanwhile standard in hotels if this level. Breakfast buffet is amazing

The property was incredibly quiet, which made for restful nights. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Excellent breakfast. The location is 5min walking to train and bus station. The staff at reception were especially friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.
