They took a lot of time to answer my questions. They agreed for my requirements but not without having to call them to solve some problems. No shampoo or shower gel at the property. No Wi-Fi instructions anywhere.

Room was definitely not described or photoed correctly in correlation to the room we were in. Central location and handy service to check in and out of and well communicated for door entry codes. Definitely can’t check in early as code starts at 3pm and no “secure” luggage area as it sits at the side of the reception desk. Room itself was tidy, and clean on arrival, however there was a very foul smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. This smell lasted our whole 3 day stay. The rest of the apartment was fine besides the tv didn’t work well and was all in Polish (understandable) however if you are there for a longer stay not so ideal. No ironing board to go with the iron either.

Beautiful apartment, very close to the city centre. The access to the apartment is a bit confusing at first, taking different elevators as the units are connected and located through outside bridges. Would definitely stay again!

Bathroom/shower really needs a new shower and a showercurtain, floor floods easily after a 2 minute shower and is really slippery.

There are broken doors to bedroom. It Is impossible to keep them closed. Perfect air-conditioning in the apartment. Nearby free empty parking place for electric cars. Very few pieces of dishes in the kitchen. Just one blanket in the bedroom. We announced that we eill be three people and we would need more blankets there. All over, I would use this apartment again. Announcement with instruction and code for doors could arrive earlier. Location is more than perfect.

Don’t book this property, overall terrible condition state of sofas, beds with dirty looking old sheets and grey colour of towels you will find better hospital white sheets and towels. We didn’t stay even a minute and no point to ask reception for manager or money back, call your booking site and get your money back immediately.

Rude front desk, especially female with nose piecing. Definitely got catfished by photos! Rooms looks very tired and cheap. No toiletries… like 0. Only a cheap half-full handsoap in bathroom. No wash towels or hand towels. No blackout curtains. AC barely worked. No paper towels in kitchen. Poor cups/dishes. Bedding was really pilled and old. Lamp was falling apart and lightbulb was broken on top of bed. Hallways smell like feces/dirty hospital

The only good thing I can say about it is location. Otherwise it's horrible place, check out the pictures!

Quite a basic room. Air on noisy, self check in process. Bed linen provided basic. Basic utilities; crockery etc. Location was good. Cleanliness not great; bathroom floor dirty and hair found in shower. Toilet seat broken and falling off. Wouldn’t recommend unless there for one night due to high noise levels.

Very convenient location. Apartment is big. Check in is convenient, you can pay 40zlt to park car, but very inconvenient to walk back and our assigned spot was taken by someone else and we had to go back and forth to change spot. And the parking is under building located on krawiecka 3. No elevator lead to floor 0. Complex to go back to the apartment

Very very disappointing start to our trip in Wrocław. The photo of the apartment on the Internet was nothing like the apartment we were given. Old, tired, no renovations, dirty, holes in all mattresses, mattress not clean with yellow staining, no washer/dryer provided which was stated as part of the apartment on WOTIF. One pan for cooking with no utensils. Limited cups and cutlery for 5 people. Will not be staying here again.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very close to the old town of Wrocław. Just one street away from the main square in the old town. Could walk there. Could have done with better curtains in the bedroom. Very light and not fitting window properly. The sitting room and kitchenette were quite big. The couch bed was leather and a little soft. Overall a good experience.

The apartment is loud: constant buzzing of the AC, like on a plane. There’s no way to switch it off. Apart from that, it’s ok. Another thing that made my stay terrible was the woman at the reception. I asked for an iron which was supposed to be in the room but wasn’t. She said she’d give it to me the next day, which is no good. It was a business trip and I needed to prepare. After some negotiations she said she would check the storage, and then she announced she couldn’t find another iron. I’m sure she never moved her ass from behind the desk (there were two of them and no clients to attend) and she lied to my face. A terrible experience.

The unit was in poor condition, it smelled like fried fish in the living room there was damage to the chairs, flooring, and the microwave did not work. There was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the sheets had holes in them, the bed linen did not feel clean is we slept in our clothes. The bathroom was nice and clean, the security guard was very helpfull in getting me a last minute parking and facilitate our arrival. Not a luxury property, i desperate need of repair and proper housekeeping.

Everything was good. Online check-in and access to the room with the code.
