Staff are very nice Quite a few speak English Mainly a Brazilian group

Checking with children was complicated. We were asked for unreasonable documents for children travelling with us. Hot water wasn’t working and staff never arrived to fixed it for 2 days even after multiple reports.

Some channel we were unable to watch on tv like ( GNT ,TNT,UNIVERSAL,SBT ) EXCELLENT BREAKFAST ,FRIENDLY WAITERSSES,COOKS ,CLEANING LADIES KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Old hotel, hasn’t been updated, and A/C was not cold…

very disapoint my last staying at the hotel .Only available brazilian TV CHANNELS . The others CNN INTL,SPORTS,MOVIES no signal . They keeping saying they will fix but they NEVER DID . VERY INCOVENIENCE .

Everyone and everything was just PERFECT as always

The pool was fantastic, especially in the evening because we basically had it to ourselves. August in Bahia does not send many people to the pool but the weather was warm enough for us.

We had a wonderful stay for one week. Great staff. Quality restaurant, quality rooms.

Stayed here for Carnaval. Pros: Staff was nice Some of the front desk personnel speak English or Spanish Room was clean There is a spa with sauna, steam room and shower Cons: Rooms don’t have a microwave No luggage rack inside the room No drawers to put your clothes away Staff only permits guests with small children to use their microwave There was only one woman making tapiocas and omelets so the wait was long. They didn’t have black pepper anywhere in the dining area. The fruit was fresh but breakfast overall was just okay. I would recommend fiesta Bahia and stay here again
