Thank you Diva from FO who was very helpful. Housekeeping too. At the breakfast restaurant, they were also friendly and kind. I missed breakfast by 10 minutes but they still sent me boiled eggs and pastries, very very nice. Recommended for those who work all day in a hotel room. Wifi is good. Helpful staff. I forgot to take pictures. My 8-night stay felt like a second home. Thanks Diva and friends.

I got a room on the 30th floor, which was very spacious and had a beautiful view of the city, especially at night. If you want to go to the mall, you can go straight to Lotte Mart from the second floor. Overall, the hotel was okay 👍

A comfortable place to stay during an event in Kuningan. The elevators are super fast, never having to wait even during peak hours. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back.

A very pleasant to stay at ascott kuningan, the location is integrated with the mall so it is easy to get the needs or just looking for snacks to dinner with family. A nice city view and complete room facilities make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely be back ☺️

The receptionists and employees were very accommodating. They were very honest when my husband left his belt and notified me via WA. They have readily arranged for transportation when we checked out, perhaps because we looked all tired from an event. Planning to come back here soon!

Staff are friendly and helpful - full 5-star service. Easy access to the mall. The room is large and clean. However, the AC is very noisy, the water dispenser is half broken and cheap quality. The kitchen in general is not clean, including the utensils.
