This was one of the worst experiences I have had with any hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM and had to wait for nearly 2 hours in the lobby to get a room. The receptionist told us their computer was down but he did not give us any straight answers on how and when he is going to give us a room. He finally gave us a basic room after a 2-hour wait in the middle of the night, even though we had reserved a king suite. In the morning we complained to a different receptionist on duty and she said that their manager had resigned and there is no one else to complain to. She also said she could not offer any refunds because the room was booked through Expedia. Overall, dealing with this hotel was a nightmare.
