Overall very good

Check in was awkward as I couldn’t pay by chip and pin or contactless. Required my 16 digit card number. Hotel room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast staff very friendly.

Easy check in and out of hotel Staff were very helpful and that makes a difference to your stay.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel over the Christmas period. Very modern hotel and beautifully decorated. Room was tastefully decorated and bed was very comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet continental and full Scottish breakfast. We recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel. Just stayed 1 night but room was lovely (we had a slight upgrade with a massive comfy bed). Room was clean with modern decor. Super friendly staff and a lovely breakfast included. Zero complaints but if you have any mobility issues be mindful that your room might have a shower over the bath rather than a walk in.

Enjoyable stay. Modern hotel and spotlessly clean. Plenty parking available. Staff great and cant do enough for you. Great choice for breakfast and all cooked to order.

This is a very nice, local Prestwick hotel with great people , nice rooms and a nice breakfast. I stay there every time I play Prestwick. A can't miss hotel.

Thought the staff and facilities were very good. Gym facility would be good The breakfast menu was a bit rigid, asked for something else instead of black pudding and was immediately rebuffed Other than that, great stay 👍👊

Not great value for money. Room was next to the building heating vent and was noisy while the room was not in great condition (e.g. tiles broken and the toilet could be felt to move)

Plug in the bath was broken, the shower was falling off the wall. Hot water forbthe bath did not work. Ibwoukd rather sleep in a hammock in the middle of Ayr Race Course than sleep here. Staff just coukd not be arsed at all. Dont even bother with the breakfast its not worth the money. Irs weatherspoons just with a it of class.

In my opinion this Hotel is a 3 star at best, way overpriced, very limited amenities.

Wonderful birthday treat at my favourite hotel. Room service was fantastic, food amazing and as always the best rooms.
