We were here for a family visit. The room was clean and well ventilated. Staff was helpful. Elevators were very efficient. Easy to get to and from the downtown and midtown areas via Uber.

Overall this was a terrific stay. We enjoyed the space in the room and the mini studio apartment layout. What was odd however was the kitchen was not stocked — there were no dishes, no glasses, no cutlery, no pots or pans, no kettle, no toaster. no cookng utensils. They did provide two plates, two set of cutlery and two wine glasses when we asked. We would stay again and will be much better prepared before arriving. The breakfast room is very nice — great view and breakfast was fine.

clean, large size and decent breakfast. Teh amneities are lacking so be sure to bring your own tolietries.

They charged me for late check out while we check out on time! Also additional fee for extra card which we retuned every card!!

Overall was a good stay

Customer Service needs to be improved. Staff was rude. Cleaning person entered the room without permission when we were away. Upon complaint no appropriate action was taken. Hotel in itself was very good, the continental breakfast was good the room was very good and clean

The room was acceptable and reasonably clean. However, there were virtually no amenities or services—you have to get everything yourself. I wouldn’t recommend it for family travel.
