Had a great time with my grandma. Both staff and other guests were absolutely lovely. My grandma enjoyed all the spa and massage treatments, I had a manicure and pedicure which my grandma thought was a little expensive but it was done really well, it was my first time and it felt really special to me. The biggest pool was being cleaned during our stay which included the indoor pool but they have other pools so it was okay. The pools are nicelt heated, sometimes it felt like having a massive hot bath. there's a nice little bar there as well. The rooms were nice. Big mirrors everywhere. Everything was very clean. Bathroom were spacious. There was a TV in the room. Only disappointing thing for me was the lack of WiFi in our room. But most people that go to this hotel don't use it so I do understand. It seemed to just be our area because it did work everywhere else. The restaurant was a nice experience. Good food and a saying changing menu with some activities on a few days. I'm quite a picky eater but I liked almost all the stuff. I'm not used to 4 course means but it was interesting. There's also a train that stops right outside and goes to the town centre we're the market is. Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. It has something for everyone.

Whole hotel is completely dated. Toilets dont flush well. The rooms have keys, not key cards. The pools cost extra (16€ per person per day) Very angry and threatening women in the front desk. Hallway lights are so dim that you cant see the keyhole where you need to place the heavy key. (Most lights dont work regardless). The whole hotel stinks, Really bad. All in all a scam. I booked it for the pools and the were mediocre at best.

I loved the space! The simple, but spacious room and bathroom. The fantastic breakfast and tasty dinners! The little train transport to Abano Terme. The music played in the evening gor entertainment. The good prices for drinks!

Excellent place to stay. Super large swimming pool Food excellent with a very varied menu with multiple choices. Wine at very reasonable prices Staff all very friendly and helpful Have been there many times Family Nishiwaki. ,Dagi, Desi and mike
