Room is spacious.. Comes with breakfast... But the taste of the food is very bad.. Please change the chef.. And also, no variety at all...

1. Good location (near airport) 2. Air conditioner malfunction. On and off without any setting made. Since I checked in late at night, I didn't ask for a room change. 3. Spacious rooms. And comfortable. Overall, it's worth it. Note to app: My reservation stated 1 king bed, but the hotel told me that my booking was twin bed.

Staff is friendly, however, Wi-Fi is too slow, and the food also doesn't have much variety.

Spacious room, nice view. Bathroom shower was awesome. The morning breakfast was okay but less variety. Staffs were friendly and cheerful

1. The air conditioner leaks! Almost wet the bed. 2. No bathroom mat to wipe your wet feet. 3. The drain beside the bidet was clogged, and strands of hairs coming out of it. Gross!

Very suitable for the whole family. Comfortable like a dream home

Nice and clean hotel, big room. Great TV channels. But unfortunately on the outside page is not. Cigarette butts are provided. So that guests carelessly throw cigarette butts on the floor. Even though there are 3 cigarette butts near the elevator. I have suggested to the reception to put the cigarette butts in the outer yard, but they were not moved.

The room is very beautiful.. and comfortable.. the pool is very clean

As request by me 13floor. Good view of buildings. But TV no signal actually. Free parking for guest😘

Bilik ok selesa cuma.... dinding tandas berlumut dan pintu tandas sliding x boleh kunci. Yg lain² ok no komen

Terbaik. Puas hati sebab anak happy. Mohon letak tanda kiblat untuk memudahkan orang islam sholat. Perkhidmatan check in hotel di kaunter tu agak lambat, terpaksa berdiri lama. Cleaner mohon lebih alert untuk check sekitar langsir kot ada kotoran sebab masa mula-mula kami masuk, ada sisa minuman tumpah dan puting rokok di sekitar langsir ruang tamu. So siapa yang nak stay sini, kalau masuk lift jangan lupa scan dulu sebelum tekan butang nomor level masing-masing. Parking ok. Deposit RM 100. Overall 8/10. Thank you.

Check in lambat. Almost jam 3.30PM!

Check in terlalu lambat. Saya sampai jam 1.50, check in sepatutnya ikut peraturan hotel jam 2. Jam 2 balik belum ready, sampailah jam 15:30 kalau gak salah baru boleh check in, nasib ga boleh refund, kalau boleh udah cancel deh kemarin lari ke hotel lain saja.
