Unluckily, I stayed in the room with poor A/C condition that had no cool but warm. The hotel should check it out.

The room was quite spacious. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and required a RM3 payment, compared to 10 at other hotels. Upon arrival at the hotel at 1:00 PM, we were able to store our luggage while we went out for a walk and a bite to eat. It's close to Ipoh Parade Mall, within walking distance. There's a restaurant called Let's Rock, which is quite tasty and affordable. Awesome!

I checked in on the first day and I had to request for a room change immediately because there was leakage in the bathroom and the furniture were rotting. They placed me in another room for the night stating the type of room that I booked was fully occupied. The next day I was given an upgraded suite room for the inconveniences, however, even that room was terrible. The toilet was moldy and covered in algae. The toilet bowl was dirty, and I was worried that I might contract diseases. I walked over to a nearby restaurant to relieve myself. There was exposed wiring nearby the bed, which is a serious hazard that could kill someone. The bed was not properly tidied as well, as I saw hair and dust on the sheets. It was absolutely disgusting, but I endured the night. The next day I requested a room cleaning, and it was slightly better, but my experience there was horrible, and I am usually not fussy. The hotel is not up to standards and not maintained. It is deteriorating. The lobby doesn't even have air conditioning, and the lights are off, making the place look so shady and dangerous. All the main doors are closed at night, and only one small door is available to use. This is a serious fire and safety hazard. The lifts look rundown as well and do not look maintained. They look dangerous, and buttons were not working properly. In short, a terrible place, and this is the worst hotel I have been in. The pictures do not match the quality and appearance of the room, which can be considered as false advertising. This is not a 4-star hotel.

The bathroom contains nothing but two toothbrushes and a cup; there are no other items such as shampoo, body wash, slippers, etc. I stayed here for three days and two nights, and no one cleaned up during that time.

Need more improvement. During near to check out, not feel air cond. Low pressure water during early morning.

A charming hotel with a very reasonable price..comfortable and quiet..will definitely be a choice from now on.

The room is big but very dirty. The floor is dirty. There is cigarette dust that has not been cleaned. You can see how empty it looks. When we arrived, it was late at night. So we couldn't find another hotel. The next day we immediately looked for another hotel. We lost RM800 ++ because we had already paid for 2 nights.

It was a very comfortable stay here, clean, and close to everything. Miss Aida also provided very friendly service.👍

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel. Only the bed was clean; the rest of the room was unacceptable. The bathroom was in a disastrous state: the shower door was missing, the silicone sealant was heavily moldy, and basic necessities like hand soap and sufficient toilet paper were lacking. Furthermore, the provided towels were dirty, which made the whole experience extremely unhygienic. There were also technical problems: the air conditioning was very loud and only blew warm air after 1:00 a.m. The check-out process was particularly disappointing: despite having paid a 40 Ringgit deposit, another 40 Ringgit was demanded without any clear explanation. Since we were pressed for time to catch our train, we felt compelled to pay. Very opaque.

I think the stars belong to the previous hotel. Currently, I think the new management just took over this hotel from the previous one. You can notice that many items were missing from the room. The pool is a little bit dirty and has less privacy. For the buffet, there isn't much variety of food. The food tastes okay. Just don't give high expectations when booking this hotel. Maybe most of the comments are from the previous hotel.

The hotel room and bathroom are large. Unfortunately the room window is small and blocked by an apartment that is attached to the hotel building, so you can't enjoy the view of Ipoh city :(. The TV won't turn on, and the lamp above the bed is broken. The staff is friendly and helpful when I asked for small change and they are willing to exchange it. The location is quite good, a 10-minute walk to the Ipoh night gate and the famous chicken bean sprout restaurants. To the train station, bus terminal, and to the surrounding Concubine Lane is also not far if you use online car transportation (Grab).

I like staying here because it is very convenient for me to go anywhere. I will stay here again. Thank you to the staff named Aida.
