Nice hotel, friendly service, but the building needs renovation because many things are rusty, such as the refrigerator door and water tap.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, but the cleaning service was disappointing. I requested room cleaning, but it never came. Toiletries, towels, and water refills had to be requested (even after calling and reporting to reception several times before the cleaning staff arrived). The receptionist was friendly and the service was good. The cleaning team could improve their friendliness and responsiveness. Thank you.

The hotel was good overall, but the two rooms we stayed in had their own shortcomings. The first room 211, there was no bath mat (it was requested and provided immediately, good job, I appreciate it but from the start the lack of basic facilities is certainly still a mistake, right?); then the hair dryer was missing. The second room right next to it 213, was generally good but there were shortcomings such as the AC that was not felt even though the temperature was at the minimum and the fan was on the fastest mode. I think maybe the 'AC line in this room was actually diverted to the first room so the AC was not enough and in the first room the AC was too cold and static so that it remained the same even though I set it to the highest or lowest temperature it was still too cold. Overall, a good accommodation and I highly recommend it. One of the main choices when visiting Padang City again.

The mattress is not comfortable, it should not be used anymore because it makes it difficult to sleep soundly.. 🙏

Strategic location, good and clean, the breakfast is also delicious

The TV wouldn't turn on, and the room lighting was very subpar, lacking in aesthetic appeal. A hotel of this stature should at least have a nice interior, including lighting.

The check-in time was long, but when I wanted to check in, the room wasn't ready yet, I was still waiting for it to be prepared again, I was still waiting for 1 hour, even though it was already 3:30 PM at that time.

It was difficult to turn on the shower because something was broken, luckily I understood how the shower worked so I could pry it open to turn it on.

My parents enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast could have been more varied, but it was okay for a hotel. Thank you.

A perfect hotel for a family staycation. Enjoy the beach, pool, and varied breakfast options, all delicious. Stay here many times and always want to come back. From when the kids were little, to now they're all in college.

The location is strategic, clean, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The only real shame is the room's cleanliness; there's still a lot of hair on the floor.

Since 2012, I've only stayed at less than five hotels in Padang. Staying here feels homey.

The most interesting breakfast variant at this hotel, especially for the Minang tongue.

It's quite comfortable when it's quiet, but it's crowded during high season.
