This is the first time I tried the Grand Mutiara Berastag hotel, we stayed for 6 days 5 nights, but the first impression was very bad, When I arrived at the lobby there was not a single staff who greeted me and my family and no one offered me to carry my luggage / suitcase to the room from the front office so I had to carry my own suitcase where I had to go down because coincidentally my room was on the ground floor, VERY DISAPPOINTED THE HOTEL SERVICE THAT SAYED 5 STARS. and also the cleanliness of the swimming pool was not very satisfactory. because my children swim every day

I stayed at Mutiara on purpose because I wanted to see Shaun the Sheep in person. The hotel was comfortable and I got a delicious breakfast. I can't wait to go back.
