Hotel was beautiful, but unfortunately unprofessional service. They are a bit unorganized for a 5-star hotel. For example, I booked a massage and received confirmation, but when I showed up to the appointment the masseuse already had other appointments and mine was not scheduled. It was unfortunate because I planned my night around it and the hotel did nothing to compensate for it and showed little remorse.

We had an amazing time there and everything there was absolutely amazing. They treated us with amazing hospitality and respect. We hope and plan on going back soon.

Very noisy place. They rent the bar on premises to other non hotel guests for parties. Very difficult to get a good rest and would not recommend this place. Staff friendly, little English but poorly organized property.

The place is very expensive for average quality, horrible breakfast that even serves uneaten products from the previous day. not worth the price charged

Nice stay overall. Great location on the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly, good breakfast, room is decent sized and bed is comfortable. WiFi on the other hand is spotty and slow and the overall condition of the property could be improved a bit. For example, almost all the small pools on the upper level leak, which means that for the lower rooms, it looks like it’s constantly raining.

Very nice beachfront property with direct room access to the main pool on the first floor and plunge pools overlooking the property with the second floor rooms.

Property grounds are beautiful, my dissapoint was with the check in process and the way the staff handled it. They told us Expedia did not send them our reservation so we ended up staying in another property with no amenities. We had to walk in the sand to use the amenities at the hotel. They did give us a descount on the rating, which ended up being a bit lower than the original price but for no amenities, not sure it was worth it. Check in staff was not professional and there was no manager on site to help. We were told the manager had left for the day and would not return. Very dissapointing. Lorenzo was very nice, after we had finally gotten a room in the other hotel, he was nice to walk us there and got us to have breakfast in the original property, which was much nicer than where we ended up staying. Lady at check in had an attitude and was not friendly at all. For the price charged I would expect a lot more. Please train your reception staff to smile and be more professional and friendly.

We loved every minute of our stay. We definitely have to do it again. The hotel needs an expansion. Not enough rooms. Always booked.

Great hotel in Jeri, fab location near the Main Street and with privileged view to the sea and to the dunes. The room is very comfortable, and they have a small gym and spa. Food quality is ok but the fruit juices are not as tasteful as in the surrounding bars and restaurants. Almost no choice of imported beer. Poor service at breakfast, although they've apologised with a bottle of champagne which was a nice surprise. Very few staff speak English. The reception personnel and manager were very attentive. Kite surfing in Jeri is a must do. We had a free lancer instructor named Fernando who is well qualified and a very good teacher.

Incrível! Hotel maravilhoso, apartamento com piscina, muito confortável, cama e roupas de cama e banho excelentes. Piscina com ofurô de frente ao mar, funcionários muito simpáticos e capacitados para o atendimento! Ótimo café da manhã servido a lá carte nas mesas à beira do mar! Parabéns a todo pelo trabalho!
