The hotel was locked down from early night until 8 pm. No service and very difficult to get to the parkinglot. Not even coffee was available before 8 am. "Unusual" service and openinghours.

Everything is perfect. Delicious breakfast, very spacious room and above all very friendly and helpful staff. I had a problem with locating a public car charger, a very kind lady from the reception helped me with this. I highly recommend

Clean hotel located in a neighborhood. Very cozy.

Very friendly staff. Will help you as much as they can. Rooms was a little cold but apart from that it was a great stay. Free washing machine,dryer and irons just need your own washing powder.

Very nice and clean hotel, comfortable bed with basic but nice breakfast. Pizza shop across the road for dinner which is eat in or takeaway.

nice staff . but needs a makeover

We especially chose this property because it had self service laundry facilities. However, the machine was small and slow. It took 2 hours to wash one load so very inadequate. An upgrade in this area would greatly improve this property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean. We would consider staying here again.

Welcoming and comfortable,clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Rooms comfortable. Made the most of the sauna in the hotel which was excellent and not busy. Within easy walking distance of Vanersborg town. We did eat in the hotel and food was excellent. Would definitely recommend hotel and will definitely use again.

Two of my grandparents emigrated from this area 100 years ago. This hotel was a convenient homebase for exploring the area. The hotel had a lot of amenities that we did not use - everything from pool table to sauna. The room was small as was the bathroom. The space for hanging clothes was inadequate for us because we were on a two week vacation. The hallway to our room seemed dark.

Very satisfied with price. location, food and overall condition of hotel

I picked this hotel because of the nice rating on Hotels.com. This is a very ordinary three star hotel, rather old and bad location. Nothing horrible, but I simply cannot beleive that this rating is generated in a honest way.

Väldigt hårda sängar tyvärr, och då gillar jag hårda sängar men detta var för hårt för mig. Servicen och personalen var dock väldigt bra

Rent, fint och tyst, sköna sängar, trevlig personal, fin frukost, prisvärt!

Märkligt/gnidigt att parkeringen kostar 50kr/natt. I synnerhet eftersom alla intilliggande garor har fri parkering. Vem betalar få för hotellets parkering 25 m närmare. För att slippa snålhetsstämpeln vore det väl bättre att baka in den 50-lappen i hotellpriset?

Frukosten var god men äggen var för löskokta

Vid denna vistelse (min tredje) var det en hel busslast med turister som också samtidigt skulle äta frukost som jag, så det var lite småstökig och vid frukosten. Men annars bara bra.

Fina nyrenoverade rum men sneda dörrar och väldigt dålig ventilation.
