Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff was very kind and friendly

The worst experience with complimentary breakfast. They shouldn't have it or revamp. Not up to Coast Standards. Never returning. Booked at a hotel in Richmond snd travel the hour to visit friends. Hotel rooms were standard nothing to rave about. Booked becausr continental breakfast was included

Room, and Hotel in general, was very clean and the staff was very welcoming and made a point to say hello when i was in and out. The location of the Hotel for walking to close-by amenities is superb, however, it was a bit more complicated if driving to close-by amenities then back to the hotel bc of the design of the roads in this part of town. The breakfast was fairly average, same as the Super 8 across the road, but nowhere near as good as the Best Western Regency, so if a really good breakfast is what you seek, this hotel aint it! No complaints otherwise! Id stay again

Great clean and comfortable room with great staff in a nice location with good restaurants within walking distance

Room was a little dated but clean. Staff were attentive and solid. Breakfast wasn’t elaborate but could always find something workable. Air conditioning worked well.

The housemaids and Raninat breakfast were attentive and very kind. A great addition to a nice stay. The pool unfortunately wasn’t taken care of which was an issue because pools need someone to tend to them daily.

The room cards denied access to room at 10:30am when check out is 12pm
