Good hotel for family stay and location near to beach and port of food hunter too. Suggestion to visitors to bring extra extension plug for those use to many item that need charging 🤗 but overall is 👌.

Big room, plenty of parking space. the swimming pool is small. need to upgrade the room decoration in order to attract tourists.

The room is clean, spacious, only the water pressure is not strong. Shower water is very slow.

Customer service is really bad. Come at 1.15 pm, they say cannot choose a room with a swimming pool view and only can check in on 3 pm or wait for their call because the room is not ready. Come back at 2.20 pm, wait in the lobby, many people came and surprisingly, all of them get their room. So ask the reception again about our room status. Yes, we get the key. If we wait for their call, maybe we check in in the late evening. So frustrated, we get a room with no view, only a roof. Walking distance to Pasar Malam, buy a lot of delicious food. Need to cross the busy road to the beach. No choice of food for breakfast. The staff late refill the empty food. The bathroom is so small. I will never come back here.

Comfortable hotel and close to all infrastructure. Near beaches, gas stations, eateries. Only the breakfast menu is not satisfactory. Too simple and the way of preparation is not standard hotel.

The room had an uncomfortable smell.

Room bad smell@stale. need to improve clean the carpet also!

The staff is nice, friendly, but if possible provide a place to iron clothes in each room.

Itchy bedsheets. Bathroom was looking dirty and water host for the toilet was leaking. Tv can be watched but all the channel not clear.

Parking is limited .. Outsiders who do not stay can pack kete in the hotel area and socket out let inside the hotel is limited ..

Room stench stink, 3x3ft bath space too narrow, pool access with public toilets not user friendly, no bathroom and dressing room for pool, no buffet menu main menu options. the layout of the building is not friendly the concept of a seaside resort, smoking cleaning workers ignore visitors and small babies, women and children.

Everything was awesome, especially the location. the only downside is maybe the facilities (they're a bit too old).

The staff are excellent. The problem is their bathroom is not parent friendly. bathroom size too small for a family room type. I cannot give a shower to my 6 months baby here. Location is very good and strategic
