Rooms are far from the lobby and the pool is too small for the many guests. Check-in is long if all guests arrive at once at 3:00 P.M. The lobby should be bigger for early guests waiting before check-in. Liked the idea of a reading area at the lobby. The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable, but the door has a gap underneath it, hence the wind blows sand into the room. It's not soundproof either.

The room is very comfortable, worth the price. Clean, friendly staff, close to Anjung Saujana Beach, very convenient. Strategic location, fun swimming pool especially for children. Hope to stay again if I have the fortune to vacation here, easy to find shops to eat, BEST

I've stay this hotel few times. In terms of loc, tip top. Walking distance to eat, beach, night market etc. However, it's an old hotel so we expect some almost broken furniture, less TV channels selection. Although they put a note tht the hotel in the midst of upgrading. I've been to same hotel like 2 yrs back, so they made some changes which is the flooring. It used to be old dusty carpet dunno how long it has been there. Now changed to SPC flooring. Good

The room is comfortable and the location is near the beach, but at night there is the sound of rats running.

Good hotel for family stay and location near to beach and port of food hunter too. Suggestion to visitors to bring extra extension plug for those use to many item that need charging 🤗 but overall is 👌.

Big room, plenty of parking space. the swimming pool is small. need to upgrade the room decoration in order to attract tourists.

The room is clean, spacious, only the water pressure is not strong. Shower water is very slow.

Customer service is really bad. Come at 1.15 pm, they say cannot choose a room with a swimming pool view and only can check in on 3 pm or wait for their call because the room is not ready. Come back at 2.20 pm, wait in the lobby, many people came and surprisingly, all of them get their room. So ask the reception again about our room status. Yes, we get the key. If we wait for their call, maybe we check in in the late evening. So frustrated, we get a room with no view, only a roof. Walking distance to Pasar Malam, buy a lot of delicious food. Need to cross the busy road to the beach. No choice of food for breakfast. The staff late refill the empty food. The bathroom is so small. I will never come back here.

Comfortable hotel and close to all infrastructure. Near beaches, gas stations, eateries. Only the breakfast menu is not satisfactory. Too simple and the way of preparation is not standard hotel.

Room bad smell@stale. need to improve clean the carpet also!

The staff is nice, friendly, but if possible provide a place to iron clothes in each room.

Best, close to the beach, after dawn, can continue walking to the beach 😁
